Ip Man is a very Humble Man always was. From studying him for 20 years he was probably the perfect Wing Chun Instructor. A man who know how powerful he is in mind, body and spirit but never lets that go to his head or use his ability for his own selfish gain. Even when he beats you he will always make you feel good about it.
The last guy he fought is the LEGENDARY Sammo Hung. Look some of his stuff up, you won't be disappointed. Sammo has either starred with or been featured in the best of the best of martial artists movies for 4 decades.

The first master's fighting style was Monkey Kung Fu. The second master's fighting style was Baguazhang -- a style recognisable by it's many circular motions -- which was also employed by Gabriel Law, the hero of Jet Li's "The One" (the villain of that film, Yulaw, employed an extremely linear style called Xing Yi Quan). The third master's fighting style was Hung Ga, a style most famously employed by the real-life martial artist, Wong Fei-Hung, who was portrayed by Jet Li in the Once Upon a Time in China films, and by Jackie Chan in the Drunken Master films. Ip Man's style was, of course, Wing Chun.
The first guy being beaten saying "table is very slippery" to the 2nd guy is not finding excuses still, he's trying to inform the next guy, that Ip Man really knew how to fight, as if saying "this guy is very tough, be careful".
When making those noises they are using that to also have breathing during attacks just like boxing when ppl start throwing jabs they make these hiss, hiss, hiss or whatever ssssssss noises. So I wouldn't call them unnecessary if you don't know anything about it. I barely know anything about boxing and I understand the meaning of breathing can help with punches and getting energy.
The final opponent is Sammo Hung as others have pointed out his very first film role was as the young boy sparring with Bruce Lee in Enter the Dragon. He did many other Films and TV series including one called Martial Law.
You should really check out more Donnie Yen(ip man) fight scene, they are all freaking amazing, especially killzone SPL, flashpoint, really really good

Personal opinion, as a bilingual speaker (Mandarin and English), the English dubbed version isn't very accurate. The first master is a monkey style martial artist and the second is a water style martial artist. Chinese martial arts/kung fu has a wide variety, some are based on animals e.g. tiger, dragon, monkey, praying mantis, snake etc. some other nature based e.g. water, others may be really wacky but actually effective such as the drunk style punch (the user would actually ingest alcohol possibly to the point of drunkenness and then fight making them unpredictable etc.) and many others :D Each style is unique, all have their advantages and disadvantages, so none trumps over the other, it mostly depends on the user (at least in my opinion, I could be wrong though).
Wonder777 Warrior (Lots of typing ahead) I recommend pairing Wing Chun with other martial arts. Bruce Lee himself said using only his Wing Chun teachings in competition, they ultimately failed him. Weaknesses include extreme difficulty in countering power punches by styles such as traditional boxing, and literally being weak. Wing Chun focuses on speed and defense, the offense is a bit hit or miss depending on the user/opponent. Therefore the attacks usually don’t put opponents down in a reasonable time. Even in the movies, the actor Donnie Yen has shows usage of his extreme martial arts background using throws, slams, joint locks, knees, elbows, and various techniques not focused on in Wing Chun. In reality, Wing Chun isn’t good against any somewhat skilled fighter unless it’s paired with other martial arts. If you wanna focus on learning one martial art, I recommend Muay Thai. Focused on close range, precise, powerful blows using knees, elbows, and clinching. Very good all around and considered one of the most effective martial arts.
Fun fact: the 2nd masters style is BaGuaZhang, AKA eight trigrams palm, yep you guessed it, the same style the Neji and Hinata Hyugas style is based on 😂
Master Law is just funny, at first he’s like watch out dud your gonna die and later he complains like “The Table is very slippery!” And “Why is this stage so small?”
the dragon ball stuff you called is real. when it happened, everyone in the scene was too stunned with the kungfu and even the director forgot to call for 'CUT' when the scene ends.
Fun fact in traditional Hong Kong martial arts sparring, there is actually this setting as a fighting place, just that the upturned tables are upturned knives in real life
I might be wrong but First style I think was Northern Mantis but I'm not sure even though I train that style myself. I just don't recognize any of the movements but he makes the Mantis Claw hand gesture which makes me think its Mantis. Second style is Baguazhang aka Eight Trigrams Palm its an internal style that incorporates Taoist principles and use of circular energy in their movements. You'll see a lot of twisting and position changes from them because its designed for attacking multiple opponents. Third style I think is Hung Ga Kuen. Hung or Hong Family(Ga) Fist(Kuen) The Hongmen or Tiandihui is a secret society way back in China and if my history is correct were Ming loyalists who opposed the Qing dynasty. They eventually expanded and branched off into what we know as the Triads. The style incorporates a bit of Tiger and Crane from Shaolin.
You said that master Chain is very flexible when he did the strange fight stance but I can do this stance to , it is easy to do it but you must do a lot of excercise 😄
A little trivia bro. Other masters here who fight donnie yen(ip man) are very good martial artist. When their young they always act as goons on every martial arts movie samples are jackie chans movie. Im excited about ip man 4 where Scott adkins (boyka) is also casted

Irony is that Ip Man was a real person lived to be 79 in 1972. Like the video, he trained Bruce Lee. His style was Wing Chun. Ip Man has two sons who are still living: Ip Chun - 93 & Ip Ching - 81. Both of them like their father are Grandmasters of Wing Chun.
That last guy IP man fight was the grandmaster at the time before IP. Only guy to ever tie with IP. History records though that IP was beat by that grandmaster.

Whenever Donnie Yen fights Sammo it's always a draw. There is never a winner when they fight. Sammo is a heavy man but he is incredibly agile. Even when he was a chubby young man he was very acrobatic.
