@@kostaskintzios1198 that is a condition more a problem of the user , not a problem of the device , if it is too big for you why did you not buy a device that fits your hand , its size works great for me , smaller devices not so much. I might add , the boxy shape makes it far less slippery than devices with curved edge screens.
@@mikldude9376 we must admit that the size and the shape of 13 pro max are not the ideal for the average user this is not a personal opinion but an objective feature! For example the samsung note 10 plus is a 6.8 display but it has an ideal shape for daily use.
I ended up choosing S21 Ultra because it was on sale for $400 off. Grabbed myself 256GB model for $849. With that much of a price gap, I couldn't justify iphone especially when I'm used to Android in the first place.
Nice. That’s what I’m getting. Going from 11 pro. Missing android very bad. Kinda regret going from a p30 pro to the 11pro but mistakes must be made I guess. I should be getting the s21u in a couple weeks. Probably will be getting the 128gb unless I can find a deal like you did haha
Nice bug honestly iPhones hood their value n resale value sold my 12 pro max n got the 13 pro max for $350 and for the 512 13 pm… also phones like the iPhone 7 are still getting updates n well old Samsungs get no love iPhone for life
I got the S21 Ultra in March for my birthday and couldn’t be happier, then I used the iPhone 13 Pro Max. I usually switch back and forth between iOS and Android every other year but I don’t plan on switching back to Android anytime soon. It’s small things that might not seem like much at face value that mean so much me. Things like a cohesive UI design language, day one software updates, unmatched software support, better designed and working apps, and a superior ecosystem. That’s not saying that you can’t find the same thing in Android but normally it isn’t as cohesive as what Apple offers. I’m definitely going to miss being able to tinker with and customize every aspect of my phone but the trade offs are worth it to me. Both ecosystems have their ups and downs so pick the one that fits your lifestyle best.
I had to use the iPhone for a while but it was boring for my subjective taste and i just can't leave Android. Features, customisation, launchers making your phone your own and not be dependent on Apple to deliver software features and new hardware tailored to my needs from a wide selection of devices of all forms prices and specs is just too much of an advantage for me. Personally i have no problems with updates either. I just want Android 12 now because is a major step in terms of UI. To each his own of course.
@@panathatube I totally get it. I’m looking at long term usage for me but I get it. It was extremely hard for me to make that jump for the foreseeable future
Perfectly said 👍🏾 the phone you choose is simply based on preference, they’re both great phones but some people don’t need the customization and features that android has and just want iOS. Others do like the customization that android has and can use those features to their advantage, so the phone you get truly depends on your own lifestyle.
Biggest annoyance with iPhones are those RU-vid adds which you can bypass in Android. iPhone 13 is the smoothest but S21 has so much features that I miss with iOS. Camera of iPhone 13 isn’t necessarily better than S21. In a lot of times the S21 is better so it depends on the situation and preference. Have both and I will sell one of them and I think I will keep the S21 because of the functionality and better looking display. Although the iPhone is very smooth which I like a lot.
Same here I’m sending back the iPhone, to me the s21 ultra is just better in many ways and the iPhone refresh rate is slower than the s21 ultra for some reason
Great vid as always nick from the uk 🇬🇧 currently own the 13 pro max the battery life is sick ! but the s21 ultra has always appealed to me I do love my android devices too for there freedom .
If you can compare a phone that came out at the beginning of the year with a phone which came at the end, then there is no doubt how strong Samsung holds the competition. And if it had all the missing things from last year, I guess it would've been more strong than any out there. Hope S22 would smoke all of them as rumors goes
Bro there IA no difference really whether q phone is released first or last , because Apple already designed their phone from last year and just added a few tweaks over the months , so they are basically the same thing just that one releases earlier
@@diandrecarty4512 Yeah, they actually plan ahead. Everyone does that, just when they get stable results with their experiment then they release. Mostly Apple, they take more time to bring anything new. They make sure it's perfect and revolutionary if not really for others. Android just plays catch up and sum
@@nazmulhuda3262. the Samsung destroys the iPhone. For the 13th time unless you just want the best video and a built ecosystem (oh and decent battery) then get android. I have the problem of buying iPhones here and there but regret it within a couple months.
@@niggaboi._. it depends what you want like he said you can't go wrong with either both fast you won't notice a massive difference i think 13 pro max has better battery life so if battery more important if the devices being updated longer is important to you then the iPhone better and personally I use android and prefer them but yh there both better in different topics
With all due respect Nick, I've noticed that you have been including your opinion in many of these "fact" videos and I just don't think it's a fair thing to do, these videos should be facts and truths only, including your opinion doesn't really help with the matter. Regardless, I hope you are doing well and keep posting these entertaining videos.
I can't even choose! I love samsung's flexibility and I love apple's app optimization 😭 That's the exact reason why I'm using an s10+ and an iphone 7 right now 🥲
Can u compare the displays of both iphone 13pro max and s21u using dedicated frame rate and slow.motion to see which one is smoother? It would be great!
@@rosslewerenz9360 Well they both are 120hz but they both operate differently... Iphone starts to lower the refresh rate while scrolling where as samsung does it when scrolling stops... As a result iphones are not as smooth as samsungs! But saying iphone is smoother is false and if the reviewer wanna say such he should verify it through proper testing!
@@fuegor109 Brother go and use both of them sidr by side and with a dedicated fps meter... and u will know what I mean!!!! Apple's implementation of 120hz on iphones isnt great... what they do is that they start to drop frames even while scrolling to save battery which means not super smooth scrolling...! Even in their presentation they showed it like that... where as ehat samsung does is that when ever tje phonr is scrolling its locked at max frames 120fps... and when scrolling stops it drops to lower fps...!
The galaxy S 21 ultra is better, but the only downside is it doesn’t have longevity. And the iPhone 13 Pro Max is way too stale. But they are both great Smart phones though.
Most of these RU-vidrs are Apple fan boys,i own both and still use them, beside the battery performance, my s21 ultra is better in so many ways.I don’t find iPhone smoother or faster, it’s the opposite for me because the 13 pro max refresh rate is definitely slower than the s 21 ultra. The new one ui4 has some bugs but i know it will be fixed soon
Right I love Samsung I got the note 20ultra love it was going to get the iPhone 13pro maxx my people got it I played with it alot it's not better to me both great phones
I bought the 13 promax but I really wanted the S 21 ultra but since I buy my phones full price out right there’s more to consider an Apple is just such an easy phone to sell used
I love Samsung more but iphones are amazing phones to they both got different things I like about them it's just what you Into youtubers say iphones way better I don't think so at all I no alot about phone had them both
While you Android guys are crying about the “notch” on the iPhone, I’ll be using my Face Unlock. Have fun with your “immersion” on a 7 inch screen, lol
