Could You, please, elaborate? I am about to update from S7 Edge because I saw huge difference while making photons against sun. I see here S20 FE is also struggling when sun is on screen or reflected from water. Would this pro mode help with photos against sun or reflections?
The iphone does that hdr thing when shooting against the sun. That's the best feature about it. But when it does it on faces it can look very flat and unrealistic. Honestly it's the better phone but it's three times the price in my area, I think.

@@alisina6305 there is not much you can do, one way to compensate is to use pro settings and set values yourself - more complicated for video than photo
iPhone 13 Pro does seem to offer crisper pics, and at night you don't get the harsh back light that you get with the S20FE (the fireplace and and lit house examples you showed really emphasize that.) That said, I'm definitely trying to get my hands on the FE since it is cheaper, the problem is my carrier is sold out. May actually be a blessing in disguise since I'm anticipating a price drop on the FE with the release of the S22. I actually don't care for the cinematic mode on 13 Pro, I found it looked cheap and uncinematic (much ado about nothing,) and yes, the extra price tag on the 13 Pro just isn't worth it to me. Curious if you have performed tests testing the streaming quality of each phone ( a la Zoom of the 13 Pro vs FE)?

I just bought a sim free brandnew S20FE this week for $365. Not updated with current iphone 13PRO pricing but I think it will be at least 3x to 4x the price compared to the s20FE.
It doesn’t matter what phones I compare with. I don’t focus on being fair. I rather show people how these phones look like in the daily life and it’s a good reference for people who are thinking about buying this phone or help or them save money.
The s20 fe is older than the 13 pro and still compares well but not at night.. It already defeated the 11 pro and 12 pro when it comes to camera.. The s20 fe was a gem
é, considerando que no brasil o s20fe tá em torno de 5 mil reais mais barato que o iphone 13 pro, por essa diferente de preço, o S20 FE faz lindamente por um custo bem mais acessível. no geral prefiro as cores do iphone, mas diferença de preço é brutal. incrível que a samsung consiga oferecer esse nivel de qualidade num melhor preço.
Se eu coloco o filtro quente que tem na opção da camera do s20 fe fica um efeito bronze ate melhor que o iphone kk pq pra mim a principal difereça sao as cores que o iphone deixa mais quente
I'm 20fe owner, transferred from 13pro. Made plenty of photos on both, and can compare. What i'm going to say, on daylight and ideal conditions they are comparable, but in low light, artificial light, and other not so easy cases of shooting 20fe camera simply gives up. It just can't capture as much light as 13pro camera do, so it's not a gap of quality between these two, it's a universe.

Camera photos are great on the back for all cameras ....the front camera needs good light... however when the night mode is triggered it will perform like a flagship The videos...on the primary back camera 1080 p is oversharppened and not natural at all 4k is trash in medium to low light However pro mode will give u excellent 4k quality .....to be honest the realme 7 pro preformed better in daylight videos when compared to the fe

iphone 13 pro is really good. Samsung Galaxy s20 FE is good too. But if we are talking about video performance and details of course iphone 13 pro is better. But i respect to Samsung S20 FE too because its an old phone.

Since the day I have bought my I20 FE, My phone experience has been really really good, but the camera experience is pretty bad, video camera is worst, I don't wanna change the phone but I can't take my 4 year old daughter's good photos or videos, sometimes it's blurry, sometimes soft at the malls, videos always jittery.
I have S20FE but i want an iphone just because i sometimes feel left out in some apps and their features that arent on Android for some reason 😾 Any recommendations 🥺

Doesnt s20 fe have a telephoto sensor? Samsung’s pushing taking portraits with main sensor just hurts itself in every review: s20 ultra, note20 ultra, a72 and the list goes on.
I have noticed the s20 fe's telephoto seemed a little off here!! That s20 fe's telephoto lens is secretly a mini s20 ultra zoom because even today it's zoom is kind of impressive for a 4 year old phone.
Iphone definately kills FE at night pics. Night mode is the weakest part for all smartphones, I personally like night shots so I choose based on the night pics quality. Blurred night photos are so 2010s 🤭
