@@Learnlawbetter Sir, thank you so much for the videos.I will be studying law (LLB) in England and now trying to familiarise myself before starting in September. I understand that IRAC is just an organisational method, however I wanted to double check if I can apply it as an LLB student as well. (I'm asking this because of the possible differences between the country-specific education styles and the curriculums.) Additionally, although I know that even in the US itself there are different procedures within the field of law, I wonder if the concepts and the fundamentals are the same for some who holds has an LLB, studying 3years system, since the people in the US have a different route when studying law. Great question! IRAC is primarily a tool for students to remain organized. Otherwise, their answers miss the key points that they should have addressed. I tell my students that they need some organization tool, whether it is IRAC, CREAC, BRAC, etc... So I don’t require IRAC, but those who don’t use some system end up with lower grades because their answers tend to be a jumbled mess.

Great to see you starting with preparation now. Thinking like a lawyer takes time, so you will be a step ahead over the others that didn’t prepare. Make sure you look for your professors old exams once you start law school.
The type of essay you are describing also requires organization. Start with a topic paragraph that explains the issue and what you are going to discuss. Then have one paragraph for each point you want to make.
You need to first see how many issues you have before you begin writing. If you have three issues then you divide the amount of time left after reading the facts and allocate a third of that time to each issue. You are not striving for perfection, but rather completing the essay in the time you have.
Please make more videos going back to school to become a paralegal and then the law school these are very beneficial and weren't around in my twenties Thank you.
