The recipe in this video is worth trying but I like to use more whiskey. Here is my favorite: Salt your favorite cut and let it stay refrigerated overnight or minimum of 1-2 hours. Put in a plastic container and add your favorite whiskey so it covers all of the meat and put on a lid. Then just let it sit refrigerated 1 or 2 days. For extra smoky whiskey flavor use smoky whiskey and whiskey barrel chunks in a grill!
