This guy is what happens when you set your character’s charisma to 10 and cooking skills to 11. I think I would watch this guy cook microwaveable popcorn.
Finally another full length video. I know the shorts and tiktoks gain more traction but I personally prefer the longer ones which give us more insight into chefs mind and your relationship
Susur Lee was a fixture on Canada's Food Network during its early days. Always a complete class act, never talking down to contestants or the other guest chefs. And always willing to share knowledge to make cooking better. A true gentleman, and a true master.
I’m an Aussie who watches a lot of cooking shows from other countries. One of my favourite chefs to watch cook is Susur Lee. Always wished he had his own show. I’ve seen him everywhere from Martin Yan’s Chinatowns to Top Chef Masters. Absolute legend. 👍👍
Chef’s genuine + happy reaction to Jet loving the sandwich as the video closes. Man, that smile, you can tell his son’s compliment meant more than any YT metric or comment ever could. 🥰
Oh how I love that Iron Chef calls his son "son" it makes me feel good. They are so close and I love to see father and son closeness. Iron Chef is blessed to have 3 beautiful sons🎉🙏🏽lucky man Iron Chef 👨🍳
Could barely contain myself when I saw the fat being used to cook the leeks. Started crying out of joy by the time the egg got added. So goddamn beautiful.
I get that the short form bite sized portions of these vids are the most accessible via TikTok and shorts but these longer full videos are really where the magic's at for me. It really let's the content breathe and let's the viewer better know your dad's process and your video technique and editing! Also your dad's reactions to you giving him high scores is so wholesome haha. Keep up the great content and hopefully longer videos now and then!
You have the coolest Dad. Not to mention you guys are hilarious and get along so well. I did have a Dad growing up, so you are so dang lucky. I watched your Dad all the time on TV when I was younger. He was always one of my favorite Chefs.
I’m just here for the father and son bonding ❤ the food is a bonus love you guys! I hope you keep making this great videos! It reminds me of my dad when I was still young when we used to ride horses. ❤I miss you dad.
Lee Family, is one of my favorite example's of a perfect family and perfect relationship between parents and their kids. I love you guys so much, your vlogs are always amazing and interesting to watch. You are really inspiring me. Loved the spinning part and when you started looking straight to the camera :D I was laughing so hard :D
Someone that lost their father at a young age this is very amazing and I hope you cherish this moment for the rest of your life cuz I watch it and cry it's amazing
I love your videos because it inspires me to try new things. I've always been a very very picky eater. I never ate vegetables, seafood (still haven't tried any seafood aside from Calamari), very few fruits and just in general been very picky. Videos like this make me want to try new things and experience new flavors from different cultures. Sandwich looks amazing!
Please keep these longform videos coming. Really love the little tips and stuff i've picked up from just watching these. The short's are okay, but these are way more practical for us.
I like that you guys give legitimate reactions after taking a bite rather than just immediately getting wide eyed and nodding like half of other food creators. cheers!
4:40 “should we try it son?” Had so much love behind it. Never had a dad figure in my life. My mom left him when I was 4 and I’ve only seen him a few times since than. We don’t talk that much. Don’t even know where he is now
So glad I first found them on the sons page. Now I’m locked in. His Iron chef dad turns fast food gourmet vids had me in a chokehold. 😂Love this channel .great personality and gourmet skills 10/10🏆
I was a little surprised how loud my stomach growled when you cut that sandwich in half. Had a similar reaction when I saw the octopus in the last video. This is pure gold. Would be killer to see a series of your “best X” (pasta, soup, etc.)
