Do you like this red interior? Could you drive a Tundra? Jeff

Toyota needs to offer the a non hybrid Pro. Don’t want to replace a 6k battery at the end of the warranty after paying 70k plus.
@TwinTurboToyota
@TwinTurboToyota Год назад
That’s why a bought a non hybrid model
@Lnguyen217

Really depend on how much did it save you in the course of 10 years or 150k miles whichever come first
@boomerbro4348
@boomerbro4348 Год назад
@@Lnguyen217 I have the regular gas v6 and a co worker has the hybrid. We both average 16 mpg. He’s not getting any better fuel mileage. Maybe he has a heavy foot but we would assume it gave at least 6 or 7 mpg better but it doesn’t
@dein45d

Should think of the hybrid as a power assist not fuel economy assist. I would hope that the battery doesn’t need replacement but who knows……

It’s covered for 10 years, 150,000 miles. And that certainly doesn’t mean it will go bad as soon as the warranty is up. Hope that helps :)

I love my 2023 Limited CrewMax. It's in the Army Green color and it is absolutely gorgeous. I get constant compliments on it. People are way too hard on this truck. V8s are dead and obsolete for most things... get over it. You're only going to be seeing V8s in super large trucks or sports cars moving forward. Imagine comparing a Toyota to a Ford. Sorry but Ford's quality and reliability is garbage... how many recalls are they up to now? I've been in new Ford trucks of the same generation and was not impressed at all by the interior or ergonomics... all cheap hard shiny plastic. My Toyota has leather interior surfaces and will always be more reliable than a Ford even with it's turbos. Don't even get me started on Dodge aka Chrysler. And there is plenty of power for me (I opted for the non-hybrid model). Smooth and sturdy. Also, who buys a half-ton truck and then complains about MPG? I can drive 421 miles on a single tank... not bad at all given the other stats of the vehicle.

Jeff, I welcome the choice of a colorful interior and would like a dark blue option as well.

$66k that’s very lucky. Haven’t seen any in my area and when I do MSRP is $71k. Hard truck to find also. Toyota should really bump up their production models for this one if they truly don’t like market adjustments.

Such a massive failure. It’s hideous. No under seat storage because they used 1980’s battery tech. Terrible plastic armrest. Terrible mpg. No tow hooks. They needed to fire everyone involved. Instead they had the team design the Sequoia and the Tacoma. This is coming form a lifelong Toyota Fanboy who sold my 2016 4Runner in anticipation of this truck.

Far from a failure. More 2022’s sold than 2021 2nd gens. And they were outpacing the big three. Fire everyone involved, lol. Sure buddy.

I own one, I’m getting 18mpg in winter, letting the truck warm up and 4-wheel drive. Love the style, lack of rear underwear storage, don’t care about. Tow hooks, don’t care about them either, never used them in 32 years of driving. No issues with the armrest, mine has leather on it. I like he batter tech, tested and true. Love the hp and torque for a half ton. Truck is pretty quick in ECO drive mode, rarely use sport. Love interior and exterior. They make plenty of grandpa looking trucks at Ford and GMC/Chev. Go find one of those, gl
