I was feeling bloated as heck and drinking normal water made it worse but alkaline water helps me burp and feel better. My functional Dr was condtto me when I mentioned it. There's no profit for them if it helps us! Only the water maker /grocery store

This is wrong information I have been suffering with acid reflux for years, as soon as I started drinking alkaline water I started feeling much better with much less acid reflux.

@@ThePiedra777 just to help you when you take ppi and after you come off your acid reflux get 10 time worse also I recommend you have a test for H PYLORI too. I still get acid reflux but much less because I did cut down on coffee, no more tomato product like ketchup and also I started eating less food but more often also stay away from heavy food. So what water do you suggest we drink then. Tap water with all the chemicals in it? So many conflicting information, I am so confused. So if water doesnt get into blood or cells then how does it do us any good? How does it hydrate us? Please explain

Anything that you eat is a part of your diet. This includes any water or food. So when you say to eat more alkaline foods but not alkaline water it contradicts.

Sorry but this MD made no mention he is familiar with Ionized Alkalized Kangen water. But from what Big Pharma educated him. Last time I checked MD's are human just like me and they don't know everything. Take control of of your own health.

Exactly it helped me with my bloating/trapped gas and lack of burping. I drink it slowly tho and sitting down. The basic regular waters make me worse. My functional Dr was condescending to me when I mentioned it. And they supposed to be the holistic type of Drs. Everything is corrupt to the bone in my opinion my experience. They can't profit off of these waters ..only grocery store and the company that makes the water...

I drink alkaline water 3 times a week about 1 liter or so and I haven’t taken an OTC heartburn pill or treatment in years and I feel way better my heartburn used to be so bad I’d throw up stomach bile burped like crazy felt like I was breathing fire. Told my buddy about it to same thing happened to him he doesn’t take any OTC treatments any more either. Don’t care if every other claim is bogus with alkaline water but if you got bad heartburn it works great.

Yes dude …. I changed to alkaline at the start of this week & within days …my left kidney was beating my ass … it caused me to make small kidney stones …. Mainly because I drink about a gallon or over a day of tap or regular bottle water so those extra minerals in the alkaline water wasn’t needed causing it to form kidney stones in my case ….normal people that don’t drink water as recommended they will not have a problem but for the people that over drink water it will f you up

As we age, our bodies make less digestive enzymes. So it was extremely beneficial for me to start supplementing with them. Yes, bottled alkaline water is useless bcoz alkalinity of water increased artificially by simply adding chemicals! But water that passed electrolysis process and became alkaline- is totally different water! I use water ionizer for almost 5 years, it changed my health tremendously! Alkaline water denatures pepsin in the throat tissues in cases of laryngopharyngeal reflux (LPR) or respiratory reflux. This is a disorder not many doctors are educated on and most know nothing about. In cases of LPR, pepsin rises from the stomach in an aerosol and implants in the throat tissues causing a multitude of problems when anything acidic passes through the throat. In the presence of acid in food the pepsin begins digesting the throat tissues and causes an unpleasant burning itch. Alkaline water denatures the pepsin and brings relief. I agree that alkaline water does not impact the pH of the body as the stomach acids turn everything in the stomach acidic. However, for people suffering from respiratory reflux alkaline water is a godsend for relief of the painful itching.

Hello. I watch many of your videos. They are very helpful and informative. Regarding Alkaline water, I want to inform you, I have a water ionizer & have half liter of ionizer Alkaline water daily first thing in the morning. I used to suffer from psoriasis very badly & I am almost rid of it. I also feel energetic. Using it for last 3 years. For me only the machine was expensive, but the ionized Alkaline water is free as I used normal tap Water.

I asked AI :does alcali water becoming the same pH when it comes in contact with your stomach acid? and it answer this way. It makes sense because stomac can't produce acid out of nowhere: According to a blog post by TyentUSA Water Ionizer, the pH of the stomach is about 4, and it likes to stay there. When you drink alkaline water, the stomach secretes hydrochloric acid (HCl) to make it acidic again. The more alkaline water you drink, the more acid your stomach produces. Since I began using betain HCL, I have not experienced acid reflux. Research indicates that this is because the stomach produces too little acid, which is necessary for optimal food digestion. and now I have been taking that HCL. I had never experienced acid reflux until I drank this alkaline water. I got acid reflux again.

I have listened to your videos and they are very good. But I have to inform you that I have the Kangen water machine. I have had my machine for over 20 years. And I like to inform you that from the time that I had my machine 20 years ago. Not a family or friend have died of cancer!!!. The reason is that when I heard about them being sick with cancer.I help help them alkaline their body. You have to understand cancer is as an overload in the body!. We as human beings have to deal with acid. For instance some people have acid reflux so bad that they have to go to the hospital. That's a form of acid in the body!!!!. Every now and then people have to grab a 7-Up soda to do what?.....eliminate the acid from the body!!!. Mostly everything that we eat have acid in it!!.. especially meat!!. I just help a friend of mine's husband was dying of cancer. He's been drinking this water for about a month and guess what.. he's doing fine today. So the machine definitely helps. I can tell you many more stories!!! They were never advertise Kangen Water alkaline water machine on television!. If it was advertised on television everyone will possibly have one!. But then hospitals wouldn't make any money. Because everyone will be healthy. And that's not what they want.

Yes and water get into body in just 5 minutes, while the stomach needs up to 45 mins to produce enough acid to lower pH to 3. It has not enough time to neutralize the alkaline water.

You go to the store .you see different brands of bottled water right. Looks like water but they all taste different!!!. The molecules in Kangen water. Are very tiny that's how I penetrate the cell. Normal creatinine for men is 0.7 - 1.3, so your creatinine is higher than normal. Normal GFR is usually around 90 -120, so your GFR is already much lower than normal. You don't want it to decrease even further. Your abnormal levels may mean that your transplant is failing. However, I encourage you to make an appointment with your doctor ASAP. He/she can give you much better advice than anyone on the internet. In fact, they should have explained your lab results to you at the time you received them, and shame on them if they didn't. You may need more bloodwork to see if there has been any improvement. Good luck to you.

I can attest to how drinking alkaline water helps me to drink up to 60 oz of water a day. Prior to this I could only drink about 16oz a day because of my GERD. Therefore being dehydrated all the time. I also believe that is what contributed to my kidney stones and now stage 5 kidney disease.

I’m not a doctor so can only tell you my experience….a family member who’s into homeopathic remedies offered me some water with baking soda in it. Just one problem….it’s LOADED with sodium and I have lymphedema and it really caused me to swell badly! So if you have any medical conditions that require less intake of sodium it’s not good! Plus, like the doctor in the video said, whatever is alkaline gets neutralized by the acid in your stomach, so it really doesn’t help with that either.

would like to have seen him learn a little more. there are 2 very different types of alkaline water. one kind is made with electrolysis and has extra hydrogen gas in it as a result, as well as being alkaline. this water, in japan and S korea, has been shown to be very healthy. my personal experience is that alkaline water is very helpful to balancing out acid alkaline balance in the body. ive seen good results from it for decades, as well as the research behind it. like anything, it works better if you use it correctly. I also think an alkaline diet is excellent. but they can work well together.

It would have been beneficial if your post had some balance by including some of the documented benefits. For instance, it is a proven fact that your stomach absorbs alkaline water more rapidly than neutral PH water. This facilitates water a more rapid hydration of the body.

Anything we ingest is mixed with stomach acid, and immediately becomes acidic, as we cannot alkalize the stomach. The alkalinity of our tissues seems to be more a result of our metabolic process and not from the pH of what we eat. Would anyone refute this? If so, can you point to any source of information that explains how alkalinity of food/drink could survive the acidity of the stomach and its digestive acid? I was on the alkaline diet before and this is what was presented to me, and Ive yet seen any explanation other than "theoretically".

Hey doc, at Costco alkaline water is not much more expensive than the regular bottled water. For me, with stage 3, the way I look at it is hydration. I find that I drink more more overall because it feels like it 's helpful. My well water doesn't test out great so even after filtering and boiling and cooling, I still rely on bottled water. The idea is hydration. Also, every morning, in 'bits and pieces' I drink a warm liter of H2O, which I'm told is a good idea. Can you comment on that. Enjoy your channel.

@@Steve_in_NJ : You're right, I got the Brita water filter, because the city water tastes really bad, it has chlorine and who knows what else they put in the city drinking water. I went as far as collecting rainwater and boiling it and put it through my Brita water filter. If I want water to taste good, I'll put two frozen strawberries in my water bottle and drink that, which is pretty good.

The stomach acid is only RELEASED when we chew so it can break down food. Otherwise, if the stomach is highly acidic people begin to need meds to reduce the acid.

No, Doctor, the body is a extremely smart device, unless one is drinking water during a meal which is not correct, the stomach is not releasing acids when you drink water, it knows how to distinguish food from water. does this make sense to you? I have had very very positive results of Ioniozed water, por exemple: calminess, far higher concentration on a task or study, and sleep, and more, judging with amount of stable improvements I can affirm tha there is no way in the earth that ionized water has no effect. I use for 16 years.

I would say that what the cooking doc say is a theory, it's all up in your head, compare to thousand of people saying they feel better when they started drinking alkaline water, base of thousand of people experience they get more energy better skin no acid reflux overall we feel better

GERD- Alkaline water would seemingly be no different than eating Tums, Gaviscon, Maalox, Mylanta etc. So how often do you drink it? As needed......just like the meds.

Well I switched off from this 'doctor' as soon as he says, all well and good if these claims that it helps acid reflux for eg are true but isn't!!! Well hear it from someone who actually suffered with acid reflux... since drinking Kangen water, my acid reflux has all but dissapeared for the last 5 moths, and that I can state is true. Also I love the way it makes me feel, totally hydrated! I used to wake up many times during the night, with a very dry mouth, with my tongue sticking to the roof of my mouth and mouth feeling like sandpaper it was so dry, even though I'd be drinking 2 litres of water a day, but now I don't get this anymore! I feel much more hydrated now, and wouldn't change that for the world. We are made up of mostly water, and you can put chlorine infused, heavy metal, tap water, plastic chemicalled leeched bottled water which has sat for months and months in the hot and cold into your body or you can put Kangen water into your body, it's a no brainer for me having tried this water now. This is a disruptive technology and remember, success makes enemies from certain quarters! 1 in 3 hospitales in Japan have these water machines in!

I started drinking Alkaline water for reflux -heartburn and after a few days no more reflux or heartburn -Naturopath was pleased with progress and I am glad to be off the heartburn Meds that cause other issues

Alkaline water is the only thing I changed in my diet …. I typically drink tap or bottle water & around a gallon or more a day ….my left kidney started beating my ass within days possibly a stone from my high water intake having a lot of the minerals in it & it rejected the rest ???

Acid + base = salt + water ; we know salt gets into the blood so saying stomach acid neutralizes the base is not an explanation about how nothing affects your body. Im not a proponent of alkaline water but I'm trying to research this and everyone gives this same terrible answer and doctors should know better that this isn't a sufficient answer. I was a bio and health major and I was trained that dietary ketosis could send peoole into keto acidosis and other false untested conclusions about health pushed by the establishment too... Always to the benefit if big pharma

So how about all the people suffering from acid reflux which thru my extensive research shows that these people don't have too much acid production happening in their gut, but TOO LITTLE stomach acid production in their gut. So they are eating ant-acids and taking PPIs to ease the symptoms of low stomach acid (Hypochlorhydria) ?? not realizing they are causing themselves long-term malnutrition from killing their stomachs ability to break down the foods they are eating, causing the food to sit in the 98.6 degree gut AND rot, causing gas, causing gerd, causing more acid reflux which calls for more ant acids and stronger PPIs.... Then they start drinking alkaline water further killing the stomachs ability to digest and break down the foods they are eating into the proteins so they can then be absorbed thru the intestines. Not saying alkaline water isn't good for people with diseases in certain cases. But the larger picture must be looked at. Especially the absolute root cause of acid indigestion, acid reflux, and gerd , which is from NOT STRONG ENOUGH STOMACH ACID. Production WHICH MUST BE 3 PH IN ORDER FOR THE LOWER ESOPHAGEAL SPHINCTER TO CLOSE, PREVENTING MOST IF NOT ALL SYMPTOMS OF ACID REFLUX, GERD. MAINSTREAM MEDICAL Drs are WAYYYY BEHIND THE EIGHT BALL AND THEY ARE LITERALLY KILLING THE PATIENTS SLOWLY FROM MALNUTRITION.

What's really crazy about all this is we have to take your word for it. And the word of whoever trained you and educated you. I don't really trust the people that educated you. Say one thing the industry wants is you sick the best way to do that would be to educate the doctors in a way that keeps everyone sick. If the war machine need wars to make profit then the hospitals need sick people. Nobody has more money then the pharmaceutical companies, nobody has a worst history of lawsuits, nobody has as many politicians in their pocket. So yeah we'll just take your word for it. Just seems odd so many make youtube videos shooting down this idea. Im not saying your purposefully misleading people. But i doubt youve ever done any realreach on your own. If you did, you'd have a different manner about this topic. Not saying one or the other is right, just that i dont trust the people who taught you what to say

So if you have a pool that has low ph and you increase it by adding chemicals to it. 2nd of all just like you mentioned "our bodies are very good at balancing themselves...." So by you drinking alkaline then it will draw acidity from our bodies in order to get that "perfect balance" which is good...instead of all the junk food and other things we have in our generation. My common sense says alkalinity water is good....especially if you're saying that it can't cause any harm since our bodies regulate themselves. Basically what you're saying here is "eat and drink whatever junk you want...your stomach will regulate it perfectly..." Which i must disagree....i dont buy those alkaline water but i have reverse osmosis which i really enjoy drinking.
