Its literally written in the laws. I got child support paperwork and myself AND baby momma were listed as defendants. Its right there in front of us. In every states statutes it blatantly says that the agency is not on either parents side, they are on their own side.

You don't have to be a non custodial, child support paying dad. You can get custody of your kids and be a full time parent. It's a better lifestyle. Trust me.
I TRIED that, kinda hard to find my daughter, when grandma, mom and uncles are a herd moving all over here in Kansas, missouri and arkansas, using my daughter a pawn for own financial gain! i owe $22k! all because my daughter mom took the condom out of the trash and put the semen up in herself and got pregnant and admitting it to the female sexist judge, who ordered/forced me to be obligated! i'll never get rid of this 22k! that's if the custodial parent is a reasonable human being. alot of times they can bitter and want to make your life hell. that resentment you have will pass on to the child
I pay $1355 a month for one child, she moved him to another state, judge allowed it even with an injunction in place, so now I rarely get to see my child, yet my child support keeps going up. How is that fair? Haven't been able to see my child in 3 years and on top of that the cost of the child is more than what my cost of living is. Fight and stand in your square as a man study to get out of the contract if you have already VOLUNTARILY given up your information so they can build a case against you! If not, you as a man have no business showing up to their trap giving them your information. Respond to their notices file them before hand and make the petitioner validate their claim! If there’s no proof of you not supporting your seed their no proof of claim!
I am a truck driver of 20 years and have been back and forth with these people over this unfair policy of them being able to suspend my sole way of making a living for one child support case. Not to mention the fact that I currently support 5 children in my home 3 of which arent mine biologically. It has come down to me recently loosing a $30 an hour job I held for 2years solely due to the fact that i have had 7 suspensions to my CDL since 2016 and now insurence will not insure me as a driver not only at work but in my own vehicle also now I have no way to provide for my family and am slowly loosing everything. @nenew24 because the mother of one is on drugs and has no concern for my daughters brother so i stepped up the woman I am with now has 2 children with a pos that recently just got out of jail for throwing his own child down a flight of stairs while high on meth. Needless to say we get no help from him nor do i want it. I stepped up and took responsibility for these other 3 children not cause i had to but because they are children . I pay my child support when i can work but due to cs suspending my liccnse repeatedly now the insurance company that our company uses will not insure me so smart guy you tell me how i do it every month cause idk how i am supposed to keep it going. I'm $27,000 behind in child support right now. The mother of my child is in another state and incarcerated. The child got put into states custody and i can't take him because of financial situation and they are trying to serve me with contempt papers. I as the mother have been in this child support fraud since 2010. I'm the "NON CUSTODIAL" parent! My exhusband gave false information to gain full custody of our 2 kids. Child support is a weapon that a scorned woman can use to punish the father for leaving. Even if it was her fault. I put up with that crap for over 20 years. "Im going to take you for child support, im going to ruin your life. Im taking you for more chuld support, blah blah blah." And then dealing with the mom keeping the child from dad. It's ridiculous.
Title IV-D doesn't care about the separation of powers. We keep bringing lawful court arguments into an unlawful venue. We need to make an administrative argument.
What needs to happen is a Federal Lawsuit or Class Action lawsuit against every state, including the federal government on how we get treated, how threats are made to arrest us fo, our rights being violated. My son's mom brought with some of the child support payments a $600,000 home in Queens NY and brought my son a $60,000 BMW M4. Couldn't talk to my son via in person or through video. Hit 18 in 2020. And was working. NYS child support payments are up to age 21.

@@MrProfessional777 If you pay attention, al mot all CS cases start with some form of Arreres attached and it has nothing to do with the child. In fact its paid completely separate from the CS payment. If you go years and not pay it they will set the payment so that all you can actually pay is the accumulated interest and literally still owe the CS agency after your child had matured.
@@dalejimison7986 They tried to get me for 40k in arrears, I went to the first hearing and voiced that I do not consent to these proceedings or subject myself to them and that it is completely unconstitutional and the prosecutor waived arrears and they still went on to charging me more than $700 a month in support. At least I got that 40k knocked off. I later learned that I shouldn't have even went to the paternity test or the first hearing. Doing that somehow hypothetically insinuated compliance and acceptance of the proceedings. If you don't comply or show up to anything, period, they legally can't do anything to you.
@@OGS-ARMY Back in the day, they would (and still do) enter a default judgment and organizations will accept that as a means to garnish your wages, bank accounts and take your license. They have more power than any agency in this country...
That’s what happened to my husband who had custody . They sub served him at his parents . He found out when IRS took his taxes. They filed to vacate motion granted same time she went to another county on welfare and no kids . What they’ve been doing since cover up.

I asked for proof of injury and the rest of the 5 main things . They told me they didn’t have anything stating that. So I asked them to put that in writing. Then they told me come back Tuesday for my paperwork and today is Thursday 😮. They asked me who told me these things I said the law❤. God is free yall

I brought up the title 4 d stuff but they still basically forced me to settle or go to court. Its so expensive to litigate that most people settle. People that go to court alone might get steamrolled. We need go get child aupport abolished. There are so many issues. I cant even into it all in this comment.
@Flawless Fatherhood That may be so. However, if the mother receives state benefits such as $500 a month in food stamps, free medical, subsidies housing, section 8, etc.... Child Support doesn't calculate that as income for the mother, but the Father pays all that out of pocket and even sometimes is forced to put the children on his medical, which is more money. All the while the state still carries the children's medical coverage. This happens even with 50/50 custody. The Child Support system is f' up....
@@MrProfessional777 I agree.. It is. I have 50/50 pay 199 a month for child support for my youngest son to his mom. Thats because I almost double than she did at the time of the custody case. So I get it. Fortunately, I make an hourly wage to where I don't feel it really. I have a RU-vid platform I just started. @@MrProfessional777 equitable judgement is sort of like culpable liability. State civil courts are courts of equity, federal is remedial. State courts equalize damages with money, federal courts remedy ongoing harm. Also; equitable estoppel, or equitable distribution of property.

Fellaz please When you are served with child support papers or expect it get a lawyer. I showed up to shild support court and mentioned i have a private attorney and they were pissed they tried to convince me to take my dna with them i said no. I hade my lawyer make her pay my legal fees and i went for full custody 2and a half years later her and her lawyer folded and i pay 350 a month when they were asking for 1250. I got legitimized . She did all this because i got married and my wife is dominican. And she didnt want my daughter to get a passport when i live in dominican republic 😂 .. get a laywer guys dont fight alone. I paid 2400 for my attorney she paid 5k on top of 260 an hours and still lost. Get a male attorney who been burned my family court they will fight. We have joint legal and physical custody i get one week a month and full summer with my daughter birthday is in june so her mother will never spend that day with her. Basically half and she has to meet me half way . Go half on plane tickets i pay thew cash app no child support envoled no license suspension. Handle it privately guys. Judge the pappers with my lawyer using one third of my income

My Sons Mom has me paying $650 a month for one kid and NO visitations. I didn’t see my son for the First 14 years of his life. He’s 23 now. I owe back CP at 12.7k I had a double frontal stroke and she still wants the money. She also makes $60 an hour..

On top of the child support they receive, they also get a child tax credit which the non custodial parent isn't entitled to. Yet you are the one paying for the childs upkeep. If you want to know this is fraud. When purchasing a house a custodial parent uses CS as income while in the same case the non custodial who pays CS if trying to buy house this will be considered debt. Now out of the two scenarios guess who will have a higher chance to get mortgage to buy a house.
Child support does not in and of itself pay for a child’s care…it is calculated based on overnights/custody and what the other parent will provide 50/50. If you do not have primary custody, you cannot expect to be able to claim the child as a dependent. That’s goofy.

@@74567justin Well they wont according to corpus juris secundum article 7 section 4 an attorney when called to action shall yield to the lader of authority as an officer of the court one to the court and two to the bar association never ever to his client. Once I saw this and looke dit up youll start seeing shit differently at that point your not going to want anything to do with them at all and when you hire them you give them jurisdiction to handle you and screw you over.
No attorneys will help you because they have a contract with the courts and title 4D. It’s a huge scam and is nothing more than forced labor and slavery!
They fail to disclose it is not a State court of justice but is a private for-profit corporation/business listed on the Dun and Bradstreet website contracted wirh a Federal IV-D vendor and this fact I'd evidence this is a commercial activity and failure to disclose this fact is evidence of duress,fraud and duress discharges the alleged defendant from all obligations
I wrote a letter fighting the child support in fresno county basically saying what you guys are talking about the 14th Amendment and the response I received from them a couple days ago was they will get back to me in 30 days so as of today’s date 10/27/2023 I will let you know or even post their response

My judgement was 62 dollars a week 8 yrs ago in child support and theyve been charging me 260 a week since the beginning but say I actually owe 400 a week and I never missed a payment. They recently sent me letter saying now I owe 560 a week. How can they keep boosting me up for no reason.
What’s crazy is ignorance of the law is not a legal defense. How is that so when it takes years to learn the law. I know the common law. If I murder someone or run a red light etc. But you can’t expect me to know the law in that setting when I didn’t go to school for it. I didn’t go to school to be a doctor so I can’t practice medicine.

The state does what they want to do, regardless of your participation. I'm always there for my child and the state keeps most of my money and all of my taxes regardless of how much I'm there, or how much the mother would want to keep my child from me. The state does not care. It's all parents non custodial and custodial alike VS state. Separation of parents is unfortunate to begin with, the state simply capitalizes on it, that's all they care about.
we need to push for legislation. there needs to be a standard amount that a child needs and if your child support based on a percentage is above that level, the money should either be put in an investment account for the child.
I pay $750 with a smith olster system attached to it meaning if I earn an x amount over the limit she's entitled to additional money on top of the base pay of $750. I have 50/50 joint custody and my insurance is the main provider. How and why am I even fkn paying
