I know girls can do concrete work we actually have a girl in our crew its the owners daughter. And she is one of the hardest workers ive ever met she puts other laborers to shame and is also the operator of our 48 meter pump and line pump. Butshe is a unicorn and honestly there is not many women that could hang in this trade hence this job is mainly a mans job

For the purpose of consolidation yes every portion of the slab needs to be vibrated even the middle to get the proper consolidation especially when theres a special inspector on-site. If i was just doing home owner special i would pour a little wetter and only hit the edges with the vibrator
Great questions we do edge curbs when needed or when it helps for stripping. No edging needed here because framing is going on it like a stem wall. And for form oil bro its like pulling teeth to get form oil onsite just one of those things some times the forms are oiled mosst the time not lol. Thanks for watching have a great weekend
