I have plantar fasciitis since early summer. Had to stop running (naturally) but also walking 😑 It was terrible to say the least. There was no improvement over the last couple of months so I thought it would take around a year to get good again, as the medical information told me. One week ago I went from "normal" carb and veggies diet to keto or rather carnivore diet for other reasons (mainly weight loss), eating only meat and eggs. Use some cream in my coffee also. Imagine my surprise when after about 5 days my heel pain is gone! 😯Now it's been a full week and the feet feel great! No one had told me about - only the usual jibberish about rolling the foot on a tennisball...

But Big Pharma REALLY don’t want this getting out! Carnivore would end Big Pharma inside of a year if everyone woke up to its insane power today!

Hey, how are you feeling now? The pain has completely disappeared? Me too, I’m struggling with the plantar fasciitis for almost 2 months now. And it is so difficult not only to walk, but to stand up after sitting and laying down for a while

@@aigul5881 It is still there. I went back to carbs 🤦🏼‍♂️ and the pain came back. Have switched back and forth from keto/carnivore to carb diet several times over the past few years. Went back to carbs again a week ago. Immediately the plantar fasciitis started getting noticed again. So did overall joint pain (sometimes I think it’s a part of being 47 years old but apparently not the case) and joint pain in my left wrist when rotating it to the extreme ends of rotation. Having switched back and forth several times now I can without any doubt whatsoever say that going away from carbs makes the body feel so much better overall. This insight makes it much easier to stick to keto/carnivore or at least decrease the amount of carbs as much as possible.

I been have heel pain for the last 5 years or something, but it's wasn't that bad all this time. But now I has begun to be insufferable. Except from the heel pain I also have pain in the ball of foot all the time.( even now, which is why I'm watching the video in bed)I like meat a lot a lot and my mom thinks that's the reason for this.i gonna try homeopathic medicine from now on, it's the only thing left to try😭

This is just my personal anecdotal account. I was diagnosed with plantar fasciitis about 3 months ago. I was prescribed various orthotics that didn’t help. About a month ago I switched to a Whole Foods oil-free plant based diet, which my mom’s cardiologist recommend for her after a major stroke. My plantar fasciitis has suddenly disappeared. My face has cleared (had a lot of acne), and no severe PMS Symptoms anymore. I did it for weight loss and to feel more energy. I went from 209 pounds to 191 pounds in 4 weeks. I walk every morning (at 6 am) and I feel a crazy amount of energy. I don’t have to wear orthotics to walk and I’m starting to jog in the mornings. Also my blood pressure dropped from 138/85 to 117/71.

Update: Weight is 188 and BP 101/60, top BP number fluctuates between 100-105 and I have so much energy that now I go for light jogs in the morning and I feel zero pain on my foot. It’s 5:42 am in my time zone. I’m up so I can get ready to go for a jog as soon as the sun is up.

The carnivore diet cured my plantar fasciitis. So, yes, diet is crucial.

I had already dropped most of gluten and dairy foods for other issues I had... then I dropped almost all meats. Thats when my plantar fasciitis went away.

Being over weight is the main problem in some cases.

The food you eat does matter though. Plenty of people who have changed their lifestyle notice old pains come back from eating something unhealthy and sugary from just one time. With that being said that doesn't mean someone is going to cure their plantar fascists by only diet. Like the comment below mentioned sugary foods can cause inflammation and whatever a person is sensitive or allergic to will make it worse. Most people should start with removing dairy from their diet.

My mom’s cardiologist placed her on an oil free Whole Foods plant based diet, after a major stroke. After 8 months, her blood works looks beautiful, (doctor’s words). I started doing it as well and my plantar fasciitis, acne, endometriosis pain went away. I think it’s just helping the body heal the tissue, by helping more blood and anti-inflammatory substances from fruits and vegetables get to the injury site. My mom had a bedsore (developed in a rehab facility) that was supposed to never heal, and it has. So I think the body know how to heal itself, if you give it the proper nutrition.

I`m a nurse and a plantar pain sufferer for a few years. I got plantar fasciitis therapy , Sαnzoka Mula (Go ogle it) and a couple of days of sticking to it my discomfort is entirely over. After giving up my meds, I no longer encountered the disorder. I’m positive that it’s gone because I no longer feel the pain and soreness.
