Is Edsel Dope, Xer0 of Static-X ? Its time to Investigate. 

Bruh everyone knows it's Edsel he said he doesn't want people to focus on him he wants to help carry the torch for a brother and a great friend and celebrate what he helped create and continue his journey channeling Wayne.

This is a labor of love and respect for Edsel! Clearly it means a lot to him for his real presence to not detract from the spirit and presence of Wayne in the band. I can actually respect his wishes to acknowledge this as zer0 and not Edsel. It honestly feels like it’s the right thing to do. He basically said all that already.

Xero is kicking ass whoever is behind the character, it gives me chills. I love it. I think Wayne would love it

One of the most honorable and admirable things any celebrity in history of celebrities has ever done. He must have loved Wayne to be doing this without any real recognition. I was a metal vocalist for ten years. You don't play a whole set and not come off and then have to go right back up, without wanting to take pain killers and caffeine. His dedication to this is fuck'n incredible.

I saw Static X in Cincy last week. He wore the same shirt. I would say he works a long sleeve to cover the tattoos. And his neck is covered. People would instantly know who it is. Xero's motions are to act like Wayne, to make you feel like Wayne hasn't gone. But simply, don't you think that DOPE and Static X are touring together and spacing their set times apart tells you that Xero is Edsel

From the comment Edsel made about being the front man is a metaphor. He means he doesn't want his name or face as the frontman, instead its Xero, a masked face, resembling Wayne, he just doesn't want to be know as Edsel, it is Xero. Like a reincarnation of Wayne basically. It's a brilliant move and idea and I know it's Edsel. If you watch the tour from 3 yrs ago, they do the tour bus invasion and guess who shared the same tour bus with Static X. That would be the band Dope. Also the Xero mask was brought out to show everyone near the end of the video, they literally admit Xero is on the bus and Edsel was supposedly in Quarantine during the interview so you don't even get to see him, he is in the back of the tour bus. 100% is Edsel/Xero

Regards to Edsel , I just seen them on the 29th at Bogart's in Cinci , was hands down an amazing show with Static X , Dope , Fear Factory , to me it doesn't matter if, when you see live someone doing what it takes to keep the legacy alive and honor it in the most beautiful way, if it really is Edsel, there is a part of me that honestly feels like crying because it's just that good and the meaning behind it is just one of those things in the music we love and feel it with our hearts , yes I do love Static X that much because I seen Wayne @ Ozz-fest and in 2012, it was just an Epic experience for them to pay Tribute to Wayne with the original lineup, simply just touches my metal heart

I always assumed Xero was Edsel with no hesitation at all considering his involvement and work with Static X and so did everyone else. I didn't know Edsel denied this but either way it's all good. I love them all.

Yes, we all know it’s Edsel on vox but Tony, Koichi, Ken/Nick & the 2 Seans helped write those songs also and I appreciate the level of effort the surviving members are putting forth, to make sure these songs and ‘Evil Disco’ are never forgotten! ❤️ (except Tripp, fuck that bih forever and a day) I see this project as all love and the only people putting any emphasis on who is or isn’t out front, are a small minority of the fan base that also happen to be the most annoying, judgemental gatekeepers I’ve ever encountered.

That's NOT a V shaped Guitar it's an X Body Guitar - there's a small "horn" right above the neck and one much larger "horn" under the neck of the Guitar. Obviously the V shape has no horns up by the neck, technical term for these are called a "bout" or "bouts". 8:31 you can plainly see this is NOT a V shaped Guitar! They are both Dean Guitars and Edsel has his own Signature Model with Dean. This one, with the stars on it, is called the Dean ML and again this is an X body Guitar!

It is. He ain't ever going to own up to it, he doesn't want any of the accolades for it which is pretty commendable, but Edsel was always an inspiration and hero of mine since 99 when I was a kid, so after decades of studying the dude yeah, it's undeniably him.

Seen both Dope and Static-X live during their world tour, in 2019 in Antwerp. Both were bringing a lot of energy. Although Edsel was a little more stiff…. Almost like saving energy and voice…. And just by listening to Xero speak… it made me immediately think of Edsel. I got excited by hearing that voice. And to make it even better, at the time I didn’t know about the rumor of Edsel being Xero. Hearing that rumor afterwards basically confirmed it for me personally.

The 20th anniversary tour for Wisconsin death trip I thought was a nice tribute and I went to one of the shows but they should have left it there. Now they're 2 albums into "doing it for Wayne".... It was never about Wayne it was about their POCKETS.. Truthfully Wayne would be fucking furious that they're using his likeness, band name, his songs, EVERYTHING. Wayne wasn't and if still alive wouldn't be on good terms with Tony "let's grift off of Wayne" Campos... NO ONE should be using the Static-X name and Wayne to put out new "Static-X" albums and enrich themselves. They should have let the band name, catalog, etc die with Wayne. He WAS Static-X and we have his amazing music and legacy FOREVER! A tour celebrating and honoring Wayne was awesome but beyond that they're using "honoring Wayne" out of greed to release 2 new albums and anything else they can do to fill their pockets and it has absolutely NOTHING to do with Wayne.... Whoever Zero is is irrelevant...and I'm glad the fan base hasn't took it to extremes like the Pantera thing. My opinion love it. The music lives on. Static X is still alive and Wayne lives because you can't help but visualize him with the live performance and with 3 original members it's still badass music!. RIP Wayne 🤘
