Also dudes weight wasn't making it any easier on him. Hard to get a good stable position when your resting on a jello filled waterbed. Not hating on him, I was morbidly obese at one point and my shooting suffered greatly any time I had to do positional stuff. Losing the weight helped a ton.

Dude was flinching big time. He looked too keyed up. Fast heart rate could throw a shot off just as bad. I don't know if it really matters, but I was taught to feel my heart beat and try to shoot on a slow exhale in between beats. Just something my pappy showed me when I was a kid. Never had any real training, but works for me. Brings home the meat.

When you're so chubby that laying on your stomach screw's with your breathing and dude's gut gets in the way of letting your head be where it needs because the gun is in a different spot than his head your going to have messed up eye to scope position, pretty sure he even mentioned that he couldn't get proper full picture in the scope proving what I'm saying, this is where a big guy would do way better at a bench/table, Matt wanted to hit the target not learn military prone position. I'm positive I could have Matt hitting from a table with a chair in less than a box of bullets, but that wouldn't be as funny as making fun of fat city boy who's never hardly shot a gun before now would it. one of the biggest things ive found that improved my shooting was learning to ignore the incoming recoil and allow myself to be 'surprised' by the shot and just letting it hit you. much easier with a efficient brake. no tensing of muscles, practically be limp, but rifle in proper position, let it happen.

Oh man... The amount of range days in my Canadian military career, looked a lot better then I remember it. And that feeling of sending it Rob, almost calling it in the air. My Warrant officer hated it, "Don't adjust until it hits!" Thanks for the video, helped me remember some things. There is no way I would do it on video, no witness then.
