Is ICG the Worst Grading Company?

Finally received my PCGS Regular submission from 12/15.
Not entirely coins I would have sent out normally, but to my knowledge vouchers expire after a year.
ICG has terrible grading, so there is a wide range of quality coins in their holders. Proofs especially. I like early PCI better.
Photos continue to be a problem since Phil left, but these were quite good compared to what else has been coming out.

I think ICG coins can be a great opportunity to buy really nice coins at a reduced price as long as you buy the coin, not the holder.

Blast white or color that has been achieved by retoning or altering color would not be original.

Wow got my ass handed to me on this prediction 😱 were you cherry picking through icg slabs in order to find some nice ones? I was just submitting icg coins I had bought off eBay from my early days

Cherry picking. They tend to really undergrade proofs but didn’t see hardly any worth submitting

@@bignubnumismaticshey it’s eric so you dipped the 21 again after cracking it out pcgs slab it looks ok and not to bad I got 1 in a anacs slab and 1 in pcgs slab the pcgs one I think needs to be dipped it came out of a icg slab and graded ms62 then I found the ms63 anacs one it’s ok but needs crossed over to ngc

Ya your 1949D quarter. The ICG slab stated 1945 D or a 1948 D quarter so what's up with that?

I just sent 10 really nice coins to ICG. And i just got back 20 coins from CAC. Gotta Send coins to get back good coins.

Ok I’m going to comment before I even watch the video because I’ve done this multiple times and I think I’ve dialed ICG down a bit. So I’m going to guess that every single coin downgrades 1-3 points with 2 being the average. Also I predict a 40% rate will come back details grades I did this on higher end type coins so if your submitting let’s say mid level common date coins the results may be more like 1-2 points high with 20% details coins….
