And let's be clear, the 70 percent taken IS BEFORE TAXES. Plus, when you're listing to the 7M member's statements, remember that they signed NDA's, so what do you think they're going say? Also, we need to continue to talk about this. Robert Shinn would love for the story to go away, so he can continue with no interferences.
One very important thing is missing in the comments, those involved in cults unless they are aware of this they support the cult not because they are being forced but because they truly believe in it and that nothing is wrong.
Exactly. If the dancers say, "I give 70% of my income to the church in appreciation for spiritual guidance", what can the authorities do? These are adults. They can give their money away if they want to.
If you all knew anything about the entertainment industry, that’s standard based on the filming, editing and locations. Netflix has been known to produce stories for viewership. Anyone can pitch to them. They are adults and all you’re doing is feeding into your follower here to get likes and subscriptions. You know it too 😂 boom 💥
I don’t see this so-called pastor leading them to any kind of detriment and may I add that there is no legal backing. I watched it and read between the lines of parents being upset because they couldn’t control and oppress their own daughter to do what they wanted her to do. The woman who made those accusations against Robert say this happened in 2008. Okay, well where were you then? People are always in the market to make money at others expense.
Its very tragic when cults destroy families I think reconciling with family members years later is going to be very difficult and more than likely it will come at a time when the cult member runs out of cash or popularity and the cult tosses them like trash, when the persons at rock bottom needing money from family they treated so terribly for years.
Definitely a cult! I feel bad for the dancers that he takes 70% of their money. I especially feel bad for Vik White(you said he's not Vik White), but his Instagram was under that name for a long time. All the dancers have changed their names online for reels. If Shin is sexually abusing any of the dancers, he needs to be charged. I think he's paying some people off to not be charged. I hope Vik's mom helps him get out of the cult. He could go far on his own!
Because you were the detective on the case, that makes it true 🤣🤣 guess you’ll believe anything you read and watch because you can’t read between the lines. 🙄
It's hard to prosecute cults in the best of circumstances. If the dancers are saying, "I want to be here. It's not a cult. Leave me alone" and prosecutors can't find an actual crime to charge Shinn with, the authorities probably know there's no point in bringing charges. I don't know what Miranda's parents think will happen if they get 7M shut down. Do they think Miranda will suddenly see the light & say, "Thank you, Mom & Dad, for destroying my career." Because that's what she'll see it as.
Vik also dances with some dancers who have left the cult, like Aubrey. Miranda is in the majority of 7M videos, but I haven't seen her dance with Aubrey or Vik recently. Of course I don't see all the videos. I have had the impression that Vik left 7M.
They don't know its a cult they have been brainwashed for goodness sake I really hope its true that Vik has left the cult like someone commented been following him for many years brilliant dancer nice guy too want to continue seeing his fantastic videos you are one of a kind Vik
Nooo, not Vik! He was my fav back when he was on SYTYCD. And now of course now his dancing videos, especially the ones with Miranda. I hope he's not part of it😮
Sound's to me like someone or a bunch of someone's got jealous because they are better dancer's and started a rumor. With the media calling anyone they disagree with cultist these day's they just used a convenient word.
Interesting how the "rumors" are backed up with financial statements and audio recordings! And, it's interesting that the "someone's" consists of NUMEROUS people who ARE NOT ALL DANCERS! But, I guess if someone did their research, they would know this!
@@jonathanbuyno9461 right? Instead they are basing it all on a Netflix special and the only place any information shows up for this is in a Netflix advertisement. That really tells the entire story. The other dancer's are talented, but Vik and Miranda are clearly more in sync when dancing together in comparison to other's they dance with. Again not to belittle anyone else's performance just obvious they spend a bunch of time on it together and they just seem to coordinate just a bit smoother then the other's. Then look at Viks face dude's just cutting up and having fun while not missing a step. That's talent. That's not how cult's work.
@@roccprofit Vic is extremely talented yes. However, while he is enjoying the dance it's not in his face. He is professional and that includes not showing it on your face. Dancing is a great deal of fun. He is capable of so much more.
