Him and Anderson got onto it in Supercross and the fans basically tried to burn Lawrence at the stake...lol He shrugged it off and just kept winning championships. Lawrence isn't concerned about Deegan one bit. He just watched Tom beat him for the Supercross chip last season.

Even if we disregard that, Jett has won every title he's gone for, which is already more impressive than anyone else. What I like to do when it comes to deciding just how good he is, I listen to the words of so many of the former greats. RC4, JS7, CR22, RD5, RV, RJ and Jeremy McGrath. All of which have said things like, "He's a once in a generation rider, he's a phenom, he's going to be dominating for years to come, so get used to it". I can listen to all the former greats, or I can listen to people on youtube. Really, isn't a tough choice for a rational person, is it?

he has not won every title he has gone for, in 2020 he placed 10th in Supercross, and 3rd in Motocross, 2021 3rd in Supercross.

jett is still 5 years from his prime and he is already dominating. Deegan will come up in a few years but we wont know how he will go until he gets on a 450. deegan could be the next mike alessi/ justin barcia and achieve nothing or he could be one of the greats. But until we know, jett will continue to break records.

yes he is and Deegs is better than jett, year for year, three diff riders but all a mixture of the near perfect combo of "twist the throttle" and "control". Deegs is the best of the three. Just hasn't hit his prime.

Mark "the bomber " Barnett was the best 125 rider ever. every moto of every race 1981. except the last race of the 125cc national at Carlsbad Ca. because he got injured practicing. Suzuki's test track. ask the other 39 riders of the 125cc class in 1981 that lined up with Barnett. Who would have won both Motos. BARNETT HANDS DOWN. NOT TO MENTION WHAT HE DID TO THE WORLD CHAMPION AT THE 125 USGP. OVER A MINUTE 45 SECONDS AHEAD OF 2ND PLACE. THEN FELL IN THE FIRST TURN THE 2ND MOTO. GOT UP DEAD LAST ONLY TO PASS JONNY O' WHO PULL THE HOLESHOT AND NEVER LOOKED BACK UNTIL BARNETT PASSED HIM WITH 3 LAPS TO GO. ALSO WON THE 250 SUPURCROSS CHAMPIONSHIP!!! ONE MINUTE 45 SECONDS!!! NO ONE HAS EVER DID THAT. NOT EVEN STEWARD OR CARMICHAEL.

I have always told people that i was never a fan of bubba because he was deemed as the fastest rider in moto history, bubba was one of those riders where he took the risks where you wouldent normally see riders get risky. What made bubba such a fast dude was he was willing to take the risks but he was fast as hell doing it. dude gave 0 fucks when it came to techniques. And he risked his career multiple times because of how gnarly bubba actually was. And i see a lot of that in danger boy too.

Jett needs to start running away when hes out front thats something he's yet to do and it makes it boring to watch , he either cant do it or he just does enough too stay a head i dont ever remember a champion ridung like that , and when hes not feeling it he seems ok to settle for a 2nd or 3rd . Way too early to tell. Listen, here’s the deal. Bubba was a better motorcycle rider than Carmichael, but Carmichael was a better champion. Ricky knew went to back it down and went to ride the edge. Bubba rode over his head and crashed out way too often. That’s a sign of weakness in the mental department. Remains to be seen how Jett will handle things.
