Actually in the clip where Luma respawned too many times, team attack was on. Also, Luma got attacked by Chrom and then by Daisy. Probably Luma had to die with Chrom attack, and Daisy's one caused the game to glitch

7:30 Robin main here, can confirm that close Arcthunder into Levin Bair is a TRUE Shield-Poke & consistent kill set-up on most of the cast! Ganon is taller so it doesnt work on him, but what happened here is the Ganon still held shield & got it broken.

It was a pretty good shield break, It was honestly more real looking from my experience in online battles being horrible about the input delay. He could have let go of the button and still been in shield causing it to break before he let go or something. Only one in this video I could see being true some of this stuff was really stupid.

For the whack clip, the reflector reverses the trajectory of the projectile, so the oscillation of whack creates a change in each hit since it’s technically moving in a different direction each time. When it is on an arc that takes it down it’s reflected up, and vice versa

So many people will reflexively just hold shield when they're in danger and don't react in time to let it go. It's absolutely a thing that happens in real matches, and if you can get a read on someone's shielding habits it's practically consistent enough to rely on in low/mid-level play

13:10 Let me explain: So first, Luma was hit by Chrom F-Smash, but then Daisy hits Luma with her side B and then Luma dies. But I think this Side-B mess up the knockback of Luma and the game doesn't know if Luma is actually dead from the F-Smash so the game keeps making Luma respawn, but Rosa is dead so the game needs to make Luma died too, but he is just confused and doesn't know what to do so it creates this glitch. Because remember, Luma was going to the blast zone, but Daisy stopped Luma at the same time as she disappeared. Make it infinite too.

8:50 the reason why bowser side b doesnt kill up top is because the scenario you put him in is mid air, the only time he goes up high before going down is when he is on the ground in mid air he does go up, but it's only slightly a better method could've been paluteena's palace thing, or a stage that moves playforms upwards 9:30 luma started drifting back and then got its smash attack ready right after roselina got hit by yoshi which makes the player no longer hold the smash attack which makes luma let it go

So I just noticed that with the Infinte Luma death clip that Chrom only killed Rosalina, and Luma only got launched halfway across the stage. Then when Rosalina died, Daisy side B'd into Luma and killed it. I'm thinking that because Daisy did this, that's why Luma keeps respawning and dying.

Consider that online has lag, so while the replays may look smooth, behind the scenes, those shieldbroken players may have fallen victim to a few extra frames of input lag.

I don’t think the robin shield break thing was staged. The shield lag on back air and other levin aerials catches you off guard where he might have thought he stopped shielding but he hadn’t and put up shield again. Also the book combos + arcfire footstool + arcthunder shield break/poke are all relatively normal robin things. I think the ganon was just probably getting a bad shield habit punished. Could’ve felt very pressured in the corner. Even if it was staged the robin could’ve still gotten a shield break with forward smash or down smash while ganon was stuck in shield from arcthunder.
