Is Keicho Nijimura Worth Your Money? 

As one of the 7 people who really like keicho, I'm excited. I would have preferred Hot Pants or any part 8 characters, but I'd still say this is cool. Hopefully, they do a season 2 of DLC

I feel like most of the things you said about Keicho is because you don't like its playstyle and that's fine. From my point of view I think its gameplay feels pretty unique just for the fact that he has a lot of combo routes thanks to his quick "switch stance" gimmick so I think there is a lot of potential in this character. Btw I understand Keicho was not one of the most asked characters, but I think if you come up with funny gimmicks every character is worth the money.

To be fair if you’re gonna add another part 4 character, Keicho makes the most sense

One thing I do have to respect CC2 for is how they were able to implement someone like Keicho in the game, cause his Stand is incredibly different from nearly everyone on the roster with maybe the exception of Shigechi. I think they did a great job in that department His normals tho are kinda lame, so hopefully when the 4th character comes out, they buff that area of him so he can be a little bit better overall

I get the dislike, but at the same time it does feel like Keicho does get overlooked. In a sense, Keicho is literally the Raditz of Jojo (being the older brother of a main character and is killed early on and never referred to again). I like that they at least made him playable in some regard, but I can see why some would feel underwhelmed by his inclusion.

i believe that they added Keicho because they probably always planned to add a DLC character for each part. Since Pack 1 probably gonna end with a part 7 character then Pack 2 probably gonna have Part 1 3 and 8 characters. But since they added a Part 6 character for free i believe one of the last characters are either gonna be a part 9 character (Jodio) or something wild like a character from a spinoff (Yoma Hashimoto) or other old Araki works like they did with Baoh (B.T.). If you guys wonder who the hell they can add from Part 1 i think it's Bruford and Tarkus as a duo fighter. I remember people found something in the Eyes Of heaven files about Bruford and Tarkus potentialy being playable as a duo character of some kind.

People complying about Keicho are so lame. That's what happens when you get to the fandom because of the memes and not the series

With his stand he had a lot of potencial to be unique in gameplay, still I would prefer any part 8 character

The online may be dead on other platforms, but strangely, the Switch version is active, it takes me around a couple of minutes to find a match

There are many people playin' this game in the discord server for this game. Yeah, maybe the normal online is dead. But there's alwasy people playin' in the server and we even host tourney's every other week.

I know everyone wants new universe characters but the fact we STILL don't have Abbacchio is insane to me

I'm really happy that they added Keicho. I think is stand is really cool, and all the hate he's getting isn't warranted. But I gotta say, his moveset seems really underwhelming.

I like him. Kinda weird that I like him sense I normally play zoners. But idk there's something about him I enjoy. He's the first dlc character I see myself playing a lot. Though risotto seems the most polished to me so far. (Excluding free dlc) While I would of much rather had a jojolion character. Joshu, jobin, tooru my boy. But I do like Keicho. He's a cool character with a cool stand and one that doesn't get the love he deserves. Though please my favorite part is part 8 just give us some more jojolion characters! Give me TOORU!

I have been hoping for Stroheim and Keicho since vanilla ASB so I'm more than happy

Since Part 6 Jotaro is a mod for P4 Jotaro I really can’t think of anyone else I want as Dlc since Emporio might not work but it would be cool since he’s also one of my favorite characters

If the mines damage you, you can do stylish cancels into stylish dodge because you can perfect block that mine to keep combo’ing

I actually really wanted Keith in the game from the beginning, like no joke, I thought he would work really well, however, I am a bit disappointed that they didn't let him utilize the bow and arrow in any way, kinda feels like a missed opportunity

His df Heavy punch is the key to a lot of his combos. The helicopter auto attacks with dd Stand button. He does a lot of dmg as well you should dig a little deeper on him he is all gimmick

Thanks a lot for covering this game, man. I really liked the original back in 2013 and I am loving the 2022 remaster. Too bad the netcode is poo poo caca.

Yeah i'm not surprised no one is playing online, no one was particularlly happy with keicho's inclusion, yeah there are like a dozen who liked him but mostly its "WHY THE FUCK IS HE HERE" unlike strohiem who people were excited about keicho just did not make alot of people happy

I recently began to wonder what if there was a JoJo game with the general fighting mechanics of the Naruto Storm series. And I think Keicho is more of that style of gameplay than this classic fighting one.

Imo I think Chocolate disco could have been a better zoner character (I think keicho is a zoner?) to add, he would be another character from part 7, and was the last guy they fought before valentine (vanilla ice vibes)

I like Keicho as a character but not as a choice for a game where you only get 4 dlc characters and hes pne of them. Id rather have Toru or Abbachio.

I can find matches just fine on Xbox but probably thanks to it being on game pass

Idk if I even care about a second season of dlc. If the online is this terrible and the gameplay is so slow and generic as far as fighters go, while it'd be cool idk if Id pay for another 4

yeah for some reason most animations for the new characters are trash like wtf is that Keicho j.L and 2M they look so stiff, also the jumping animations look so stiff it looks like hes just standing in the air, same with some of the animations for Risotto, FF and especially Ghiaccio. I hope the next DLC will be someone way better and I'm not even gonna be that mad if it's Diego AU like the leaks suggest, at least hes gonna have good animations since he's from EOH lol
