My 8-year old feline boy is diagnosed w inflammatory big bowl disease. He only responds to metronidazole. Tried four times that diarrhea comes back after four days when we stop giving him metronidazole. What should I do? Besides, he has skin issues in the last few years. I truly believe that the guts n skin are related issues

Hey Katie, do you work with people overseas? 🇬🇧 My little dog has been suffering from acid reflux, so bad that the acid travels upwards into the nasal area & has caused congestion & bacterial infection. He’s on acid reducer Am & PM but I’m also thinking it’s making it worse/causing leaky gut! It’s a vicious circle 😣 I’ve tried him on fresh food/single protein/probitocs/slippery elm ! I just don’t think his digestion/guy is ok! Alllll this started from a reaction from an anti-inflammatories meds.
