A few things that were a tremendous help to me were: Manuka Honey (850 MGO) on an empty stomach, first thing in the morning. An hour before eating breakfast. 1,500 MG of Berberine, Zeolite powder (on weekends), Tudca/Bile salts, and maintaining a daily vitamin protocol, which consisted of B-complex, Benfotiamine, and vitamin C.
It's not autoimmune disease that create leaky gut but the way around based on the existing literature. There has to be a genetic predisposition to autoimmune diseases but it's leaky gut that triggers them not the opposite.
@@felipejotz7054 CH4 correlates positively with severity of constipation. H2 is very often associated with looser stools, but constipation is not unseen. how fast was your test postive (which means: after how much time did your H2 rise 20ppm above baseline)?
Damn I have an autoimmune condition and have played football from 4th grade through college football. I'm doing fasting and elimination diets to fit my leaky gut. Crazy to know that my brain trauma could potentially be the cause of my leaky gut.

I have high natural killer cells according to blood test. 15% is me and normal is 10% and below. This is to be the cause of my miscarriages. The strange thing is I don’t have any symptoms of leaky gut at all but I will be doing the auto immune protocol diet to see if I can lower my nk cells by healing my possible leaky gut. Am I on the right track? Just strange I don’t have symptoms but I have the high nk cells

I was hoping this video would answer my issue but alas not. It’s not leaky gut as none of this applies it seems. Dr are you able to offer any pointers?? Should I be concerned. I have bowel regularity no issues same time each morning - as I rise from bed. However, I have such a noisy gut - gassy - no pain or irritation just very very noisy noticed at night when quiet of night. Likely through day but noise of day drown out. I don’t eat through day usually a one meal a day person - in evenings No aches , no bloating - no irritation- or sickness - just noisy gut with lots of gass expelled easily and no significant smell - just noisy torso, and gassy. Gurgling sounds as food moves through. So what’s going on, I am 62 and weight gain is easy now so hence going one meal a day. No food reactions - not drinking alcohol. I always wondered if bad h pylori could be classified in with candida overgrowth. I figure, fixing SIBO (small intestinal bacteria overgrowth) as well as candida (basically, large intestinal overgrowth) would be the way to go to fix leaky gut.

Research diatomaceous earth (food grade only) for eliminating worms. I got worms, due to a leaky water tank, the water we were drinking was at the bottom of the tank, due to water being low, where the eggs are. I could feel them crawling up my throat at night. Took worm table, helped for a week or 2 then the feeling of the crawling came back. Tried the tables again, same thing happened. I started researching natural methods of getting rid of the, but all the natural stuff was expensive. I found out about DE which is cheaper and it worked. 20 years later, I still give myself a clean inside with DE, essential to deworm when you also have animal. Also removing sugar and flour from your diet is a great help, because they thrive on it.
