The issue is that the phrase "love is love" ignores the fact that the distinguishing characteristic of a homosexual relationship is not love, but a carnal desire. That they love each other is irrelevant to the fact that the distinguishing act reduces the dignity of the individuals involved. That is, it is beneath the dignity of someone made in the image and likeness of God to reduce a sexual encounter to a question of carnal desire.

It's just that heterosexual relationships aren't subjected to the same discrimination that non-heterosexual relationships are, so they don't generally require the same degree of defense. 1:38 True, not all forms of love involve sex or marriage. However, the slogan “Love is Love” specifically refers to _romantic_ relationships, the kind where sexual intimacy and marriage _are_ appropriate. 2:25 We could always use artificial insemination. And besides, only about 7% of the population identifies as LGBTQ+, so I don’t think that’s really a concern. 3:07 So, if the relationship is between consenting adults, why _should_ we condemn it as immoral? You don't really answer that question. (Relationships with minors can be condemned on the grounds that minors can't consent, given their lack of life experience and social inequality with adults.)

1. Marriages other than heterosexual ones are not marriages. The word "marriage" has meant the permanent (or maybe not) bond between a man and a woman for thousands of years. Calling a homosexual relationship marriage is false. 2. Yep. 3. Artificial insemination is hugely unreliable and dangerous for the child. 4. Men having a relationship with 6 wives makes each of them feel less important, pretty immoral.

According to Oxford Languages, marriage is defined as “the legally or formally recognized union of two people as partners in a personal relationship _(historically and in some jurisdictions_ specifically a union between a man and a woman).” 2. "Yep" what, exactly? 3. Again, it’s a non-issue when only 7% of the population identifies as LGBTQ+. It's not like every romantic partnership is obligated to produce offspring. 4. If the women in question aren't okay with that, then by all means, they're free to refuse to be part of a polyamorous relationship.

If a single individual, was in a consensual "union" with 1,441 other individuals... That would result in A single Day of Personal Intimacy, every Four Years. Some relationships are simply unhealthy on their Premise. _Regardless of the Consent involved._
