Is my hair shedding or breaking?? | How to stop & prevent hair loss & breakage 

I'm suffering from hair breakage 😢😢😢thanks for sharing with us

Menopause has my 4c natural hair doing the good bad and the ugly. One minute my hair is thriving, next minute it’s shedding, thinning, dry and then growing again. I noticed when my hair is moisturized, braided and tucked under a wig it really grows. I really don’t want to wear my wig anymore. I like the freedom of having my crown free. I’m taking my vitamins, eating clean and hoping things will balance out again real soon. Thanks for all your great info very helpful.

Lovely Lovely Lovely. I just need products to stop sitting ontop. My hair is never soft 😭once the water in products dries, im left with it's oils sitting on my head. Leave it also leaves my hair extremely dry!😢

I have very very short 4c hair I do moisture it everyday but every time I lay down on my pillow my hair loses volume and gets flat and yes I do cover my hair when I sleep I wear a bonnet or sometimes a Durag but when I wake up and take off my bonnet my hair is really flat and matted down and it’s hard to make it fuller again how do I stop this from happening? its annoying because I always have to use my hair pick to pick it out
