You won't know until you ask.
Just because you think it's weird doesn't make it weird. It's impossible to judge someone's compatibility with you based on narrow criteria like this one.
If you believe that social media is your requirement to date someone, then not having it would be a red flag.
But if you think there's something wrong with them because they don't have social media, that's probably an unfair judgment.
In that case, ask that person why they don't have social media. They might have their own reasons that have nothing to do with actual compatibility.
Don't rush to judge people that you might be dating. But if you're curious what their motivations are, ask them.

Sometime it is, I have known many abusers to have no social media and specifically target their victims who have none as well because it makes it easier to control them. They have also either been exposed or afraid of being exposed online for the proof some people have on them or they have a very empty one and extremely private one because they use it to stalk, harass and cheat, To me it is only if I find they have one after they said they did not.

For the individual, it either is or is not a red flag. That is their preference. Unfortunately, you cannot know the motivation for not having social media till you get to know the person. If you screen someone out early because of this criterion, that's your choice. But ultimately, your red flag appears to be lying, not social media. That is logical.

@@jasonmillercoaching4578 People make judgments and initial assumptions all the time on the early stages of dating. I would argue that it is usually those early judgements that determine whether both sides are interested in a first date. Obviously it's impossible for all of those judgments to be accurate/fair. I don't have social media because of privacy reasons, but I understand someone having concerns that someone without social media is someone they cant even verify exists. In other words, someone without social media can easily say they are anything and it can't be confirmed as easily.
