I guarantee that the last episode of this series is Ricky revealing that he is in fact the owner and afterwards he moves the Boss to corporate, gives Rosco a retirement check worth half the company and sends the safety man to a new site to start the cycle all over again.
Now I've heard the squirrel one but higher than eagle balls lmao now that literally made me spit my coffee out lmao dammit son now he has got some good ones or should I say they hv ummmmm lol
This man needed moms a Comedy Central contract and make a pilot for what could be the funniest series to grace this earth since the whitest kids you know airs on fuse tv
You can't write things like that! There must be some olé hacks out there that actually talks like that and this wipper-snapper scooped it up and made a YT-video with it. I don't mind, mind you but phrases like that can only have 2 sources, old timers who don't give a flaming f*****k (yes, more then one 'u') or a comedic genius...
He's there but he ain't doing anything. Maybe greasing the tracks or checking the belts but as far as actual "work"; nah, he'd holdin a chair down for 5 of 8 hours.
@@theshadyprotector8412 they actually comment on that at 1:45 that anything he breaks is rentals but if its company stuff its fine and if they do break it takes hours to fix if hes not there versus if he is its done in 20min and paperwork delt with
I actually knew an owner who worked the presses of his own print company. All the employees knew it, but the temps didn't. It was how he decided who to hire. Plus he hated doing paperwork :)
That is a smart owner. Most owners of companies are not too bright and hinder their progress because they can not get out of the way. I know of a company that was owned and ran by a family that after a decade dwindled down to where they had to close up shop because they were unqualified and would rather employ family members.
Plot-twist: Roscoe is the owner, secretly encourages people to think Ricky is, and owns the equipment rental company, allowing him to use the damage to the equipment as insurance claims…
That is a great addition to my idea! But Ricky is the owner of the company, and Roscoe is just the owner of the rental company, they do scheme a lot. Maybe Roscoe gave Ricky the money to start the company and gave him some equipment. Slowly Roscoe is almost paying off his rental equipment and when it is like one payment away from being paid off he sends it to Ricky to get destroyed for the insurance, but not replace it. Which is another good reason they would go to Mexico. Also as part of the deal, Ricky doesn't pay for the rentals but on paper, he does, that money is actually part of the money laundering scheme so Ricky's wife/ Pablos sister can get everything set up for them to move down to Mexico. Someone mentioned Roscoe being a 600-year-old wizard storyline, which would make him incredibly smart and he has seen enough to know how to pull it all off without getting caught. They keep the bossman out of the loop and tell him Ricky has a lot of baby mamas and kids to help hide the money laundering and fraud schemes to protect him from legal issues until they get to Mexico.
This saga has got me hooked! Such a simple plot and so well done. Hollywood is so complicated and flashy it’s off putting. Your channel is better than Hollywood of 2020-2023.
If I owned a company I would absolutely want to work undercover in it. I'm rooting for Ricky being a millionaire who is just invested in his company and genuinely humble enough to keep working as a hand.
@@samboyd1828 that's just the cover story. Really he only has like 3 and makes bank pretending to be paid less as his own employee. The company is registered under a family members name and that how he can employ himself as an underpaid worker only giving up a fraction of what he true makes as an owner for child support payments.
@Matt Grigsby I honestly think the baby mommas are made up. He more than likely has relatives that have kids and what not that know to act like that when coming to any of the job sites to visit so people don't expect him of being the owner. I bet he is just a hard worker and is focused on making sure deadlines are met and profits stay high. Also probably only rents from buddies and does them a solid of "accidently" destroying equipment once it has reached the end of its usage or isn't worth the repairs but the insurance is good enough that it will replace it with a brand new one.
@@kodemeister8915 you two should get back to work, before the real comment section comes in here and fires you for standing around talkin about some bullshit like good owners or responsible employees...
I really hope Ricky is, and if it does end with Ricky owning it, cycle another job site and new characters. You could even circle back to the original characters with the same Star Wars Style, like jobs that happened before finding out Ricky is the boss. This by far is the greatest plot twist and cliff hanger in this whole series!! It’s one of the reasons I’m so vested in this, not to mention the relatable job site scenarios. I truly hope I get to meet you in real life bro. You seem like a regular good ole boy that I’d be friends with anyway. Keep up the fire content, I follow you on multiple platforms to show my appreciation!
The last part where the Boss stuck his head in the door and told them about the forklift and the phone ringing made me laugh so hard I almost fell out of my chair.😂😂😂😂
Oh, Ricky is most definitely the owner. He's not a dummy. He may do some crazy things and have a great rational mind. But like what this other youtuber says. "You're not doing it right, if you're not having fun." Some of the wisest words I've heard in my life. 😁
Can’t wait for part 3. I work 12 hr night shift as a welder mechanic at a steel plant and on those slow nights when nothing breaks Ricky is a life saver. Bad thing is I’ve worked construction for 30 years before I got this job and he is spot on with the character stereotypes. The welders and there pearl snap shirts and bragging about being a welder the electricians never cleaning there mess. Per diem is for beer and steaks at hooters, safety man’s the biggest pain in the ass. Rental equipment always getting messed up. It’s like I’m back on the job again. Keep it up you always lighten my stressful day and put a smile on my face. Thanks buddy.
Been the safety man at a mechanic shop for the past 7 years. Can confirm, everyone loves me when I"m off the clock but I'm avoided like a plague when I'm on the clock. To the point the office clears when they see me go to the clock at the start of my shift. Lol
To be fair Ricky being the owner would actually explain alot. Plus the low pay could just be to hide the reality since he can always pull from the company account any time he wants. Also the idea of an owner pretending to be a employee just to fuck with people and troll is such an amusing idea.
@@martymcfly8535 it happened where I worked at back in the early 2000s he came in he was going around working with everyone to learn how we done things so he'd know and we all got to noticing he already new how to do everything and started showing us tricks to make things run smoother he did this for 6 months him and I became good friends outside of work we rode horses together with our families and camped he eventually told me and about 2 weeks after he had told me we had a big meeting and 6 people got fired lmao so you really never know lol
A billion dollar outfit changed hands two decades ago. The new owner, dressed up in regular joe clothes, paid visits to the locations where some of his equipment was located. Not everyone was very polite, some derogatory. Some who genuinely liked their job and were proud gave him a tour of what they operated. You can guess which ones were promoted and still work there.
hopefully it was the hard asses that knew what they were doing and not just people wasting time by slowly showing the new guy shit not related to the job.
@@travisvanalst4698 It isn't unheard of for it to happen. Depending on the business the ceo will tend to be on the marketing career path not the production side. So if you have someone buying into a business and they only know some aspects but want to learn without getting their asses kissed it isn't the worst way to do it. By going undercover and not just hiring engineers to do studies on workflow you can get a general understanding of the workplace culture. For example my mother was hired as an engineer to do time studies. She got to work and practically doubled the quota required by the experienced workers. She told the company other things they could do to improve but all they did was double quota and it killed the company in a few months. (their logistics and sales sucked) A ceo who wants the company to thrive will learn the jobs in the company because they tend to be transplants possibly and typically from different industries.
This story has GOT to keep going! A twist would be Ricky finally convincing safety man that he's not the owner, but boss discovered that Ricky is actually the owner, and no matter what he can't convince safety man that Ricky is really the owner, and does what he does because he's bored 😂😂
My conspiracy theory: Roscoe is the real owner being a 600 year old wizard he has amassed alot of wealth. Every so often he chooses a front man noone would expect to spin up a new construction company. On all traceable paper Ricky is the owner, but Roscoe is really the one pulling the strings.
Here are the wars that Roscoe has confirmed he was a part of: Vietnam (not surprising), WWII, WWI, the Civil War, the American Revolution. I think he also may have confirmed French and Indian War, but I am not sure. I mean, shit, he probably built the bridge over the Rhine for Cesar.
Alright, so we've learned Ricky is indeed the owner. The forklift outside was a rental, he got a call from safety man, and the reason he 'only gets paid $17 an hour', and works every weekend, is because he owes so much in child support. Remember that he has 6 different baby mammas fighting for his paycheck. He's late a lot to work in previous videos, and always has weird excuses for why he's late. The only reason he's late so much, is because he has to check in at the office and sign paperwork.
This is what I was thinking it the company passed to him. He is not old enough to be the original owner because he is not even close in age to Roscoe who has been at the company for most of his life.
Hell yea been waiting long time for this. Definitely in the top 5 or 10. Please don't ever let this die even if you don't do more of this series please hint at it every now and again.
🤣🤣🤣🤣 you definitely gotta make a part 3 I love these skits helps my day go by better and another one that would be funny if you did one where Ricky's street racing in your station wagon lmao
Being from south arkansas just south of pine bluff myself I love how far all of this channel has come. Just goes to show anybody is capable of anything. Even being the actual owner of the company and screwing with absolutely everybody on the dam job site... I swear he's the actual owner and this is going to end up with tool room Tommy not quite making it those 22 years he wanted to run the tool room. Nothings happening to anybody else. Safety man does a good job keeping everybody safe, boss man makes sure work gets done, and obviously NOBODY is gonna fuck with roscoe. This is just gonna continue forever, never come out with the actual end, and be amazing every time I get a notification there's a new video up. Love the content man, you gotta get to Rison and have a beer and a bonfire sometime 👌
Pure gold! Well written thought out. This what i watch everyday when I lay down to go sleep after a 12 hour night shift as a millwright. Best thing going on RU-vid. It’s the only true reflection of the trades I’ve ever seen. And does my heart good to see another good old boy from south Arkansas making good for himself. Many thanks from the 870.
This is pure gold I’m a business owner and get kick outta this more than most keep doing what you’re doing brother. Also I will create content similar but to my business and we should do a collab. First video coming January 20th 2024. Let’s go boss!
@@vamp1506 I wouldn't say all that. He doesn't gather all the information alot of the times and just goes on tangents. I remember his failed dark souls lore theory video and actual lore researchers like vaati made him look like a real dumb fuck. Calling patches seigward from ds3. Clearly had no information about the side quest where patches kicks siegward down the well and steals his armor. But noo he said nobody knows the lore like he does and wanted to share the story with everyone. Dude needs a slice of humble pie
This is so awesome, Ricky is the best owner. He just enjoys being that guy on the job that's crazy and doesn't care and keeps morale up. Pays himself 17 dollars a hour but really he's loaded and works all the time because he's the top g
I just started watching and subscribe to your channel. You make laps everytime. I love Ricki he is hilarious. I love how you play all the parts. You had me a little fooled at first I have to admit. You are doing amazing thing here. Thank you for bringing a good laugh to the people in a time when we really need it. And I must say there are times when you made me laugh and I thought, hey, that’s a good point.
