i work at a company that assembles all the electric Mercedes and people let me tell you lol these are cheap plastic held together with tap and zip ties. ya they are pretty but VERY cheaply made for the price tag. and these not selling well were told that Mercedes plan is to slowly get away from these because no one wants them lol love the channel keep it up

You know, there is no reason to burn your money on electric cars! The value of an Dacia Logan in 1 year is higher than an electric car of a high quality brand car! They should fix that first. Maybe with high performance batteries with long life. Or other guarantees to protect the worth

True to form, a "first" generation Mercedes product just doesn't hit right. The shape is about as generic as possible, it's a rolling cubicle. The interior quality isn't up to the price and the EV tech is marginal at best. Wait for the second generation or whatever replaces this. Or get a GLE, a much better sorted vehicle. That said, the EQE products do look better than the EQS products, but that isn't saying much.

Great review! Really disappointed in the range! It needs to be at 300 minimum.

I think it's about the time to learn that the name of the car is EQE SUV! EQE alone is a limousine variation of the car. AMG describes only the KW and part of the options.

The EQE AMG SUV blows the Model X Plaid out of the water. I don’t care that the Plaid is faster or that it has the option for $8K FSD that blows azz. This has the ability to go into Level 3 autonomous driving in a couple states and Tesla isn’t even close with that garbage they call FSD - yes I’ve had it and had the newest update when I recently sold my Tesla back to Tesla after winning a lemon law suit. I got rid of my Tesla and got one of these AMG’s because the tech, quality, fit and finish are light years ahead of Tesla. You can get ventilated seats but honestly the MB-Tex seats are more comfortable and it’s an EV - you can prep the car temp before you get in it and you don’t slide all over the seat with the MB-Tex. The Hyperscreen is next level, the interior is sexy as hell, they have a functional sunroof - the list goes on and on and on why this is a better choice. The EQE can achieve far more than the estimate in comfort mode and Teslas don’t come close to their estimates - even if you’re in chill mode. Did I mention the rear wheel steering and ride quality - next level - Teslas ride like garbage and handle like it too. If you want a performance EV this is the way to go.

EV do not deserve AMG naming

Its range is only 235 miles. That is terrible for an SUV. Are you kidding me. For over $100,000, it should have at least 350-mile range. And its maximum DC charge rate is only 170kW. Kia/Hyundai have a much faster max DC charge rate at around 240kW and a 252-mile range for AWD and charges 172 miles (10% to 80%) in 18 minutes. Kia and Hyundai 300+ mile range for the RWD. The Mercedes-Benz EQE SUV is a joke.

Interior looks cheap, door panel for example has so much plastic trim. The headlights look like they were lifted from a 2010 Mercedes model. BMW currently has the best interiors.

To even put AMG in the name of this is pathetic, it’s an EV not a performance vehicle 😅
