@@skap_attackand literally forcing KD to do exact same thing to OKC he did to Cleveland in 2010! By the help of the league of course. Why? 'Cause the NBA (aka "nothing but arseholes") suspended Draymond Green (who you should make a seperate video about) for "touching" LBron's private area at a time when Warriors were up 3-1 and were looking to finish the job in their home. Honestly I still can't believe it myself. And here we are, 3 months later and the lakers wouldn't even be in the playoffs in a traditional setting (without the playin tournament).
This is just one of the many reasons I can not take Lebron or the current NBA seriously. Played my Grandson in a game of 2k last night and he had no concept of defense, Post up back to the basket or full court pressure....the whole time he was complaining that I wasn't giving him room to get his shots off..he said "That's not how they play in the NBA" i replied "that's how we played in the 90's son" he quit the game.🤣🤣🤣
Oh my, I had a similar experience with my stepson (who was 16 and playing high school basketball at the time!!). He didn’t understand good on-ball defense, boxing out, crashing the boards, quick outlet passes, making the extra pass, screens, etc, etc… All he knew was “Curry shooting 3’s!!”. @@michaelperez3720 I agree totally. LeBron is for LeBron, not any specific franchise. He is disgracing the Lakers brand. They are a pretty decent team without him. They need to get rid of the big salary and add fresh legs. No one builds around a 39 year old former great, not in any team sport.
This is the definition of bad business. If you continue to push lebron into relevance who do you have when the man is gone? Why they refuse to transition from this guy makes no sense. Its going to be laughable when he retires and they are forced to move forward without him.
Kind of reminds me of UFC with Conor, sure they may have reached a temporary peak, but they threw away everything they built for 1 guy, and everything has slowly fell off since.
I think part of that is his ego and also because Zion was supposed to take the mantle. Zion is part of the reason we still have Bron dominating headlines. It’s like when Roman Reigns wasn’t ready to take over for Cena. But Cena was ready to go, Bron loves the attention too much.

In a 24 hour period we see the Pacers having to watch the Lakers taking 43 free throws while they attempted 16 and when facing the Clippers in the same building BOTH teams attempted 22 free throws. The NBA has problems and Adam Silver is part of it..
put some context into and it makes completely sense. Lakers have 2 paint dominant scorers and in general is one of the biggest teams in the league while the pacers and clippers run small. The primary defenders on lebron in that pacers game were nesmith and siakam which is a matchup neither of those players are winning, and had turner/jalen smith on ad which neither of those are winning meaning you have to send more players to help on defense and that just means more cutters or open 3s on offense. Pacers also ran a small 1-3 at one point (hali, nembhard, sheppard) who were all way too small for rui and lakers exploited that. Pacers also shot 27 more field goals than the lakers. (lakers-50/89, 12/25 from 3, Pacers-59/107, 18/36 from 3). It’s really not that hard to comprehend unless your in denial which a lot of dumbass oldheads are about this era of ball😂😂

Only Bill Russell and Sam Jones (in a mostly nine team league) have made more nba finals appearances LeBron james carried an absolutely horrific 2007 Cleveland Cavaliers team to the nba finals In the modern NBA era (post 1960) only nine NBA top 75 players have won a championship without another top 75 player as a teammate Rick Barry (1975) Bill Walton (1977) Hakeem Olajuwon (1994) Tim Duncan (2005) (2007) Kobe Bryant (2009) (2010) Steph Curry (2015) (2022) LeBron james (2016) Kawhi Leonard (2019) Giannis Antetokounmpo (2021) As you can see, LeBron James is on the list and Michael Jordan isnt Lebron james has won 17 playoff series, without an nba top 75 teammate. Michael Jordan won ZERO In the year before Michael Jordan and LeBron James joined their team and the year after they left their team, their records were 83-84 bulls 27-55 84-85 bulls. 38-44 92-93 bulls 57-25 93-94 bulls 55-27 98-99 bulls 13-37 without Scottie Pippen 00-01 wizards 19-63 01-02 wizards. 37-45 02-03 wizards 37-45 03-04 wizards 25-57 02-03 cavaliers 17-65 03-04 cavaliers 35-47 09-10 cavaliers 61-21 10-11 cavaliers 19-63 09-10 heat. 47-35 10-11 heat 58-24 14-15 heat 37-45 2013-14 cavaliers 33-49 2014-15 cavaliers 53-29 2017- 18 cavaliers 50-32 2018-19 cavaliers 19-63 2017-18 lakers. 35-47 2018-19 lakers were 20-14 when LeBron James got injured on Christmas day. As you can see When LeBron James joins a team, the team improves more than Michael Jordan and when LeBron James leaves a team, the team always goes into the tank. Michael Jordan, excluding the 94-97 seasons, when the NBA moved the three point line to 22 feet, was a career 28% three point shooter. LeBron James is a career 34% three point shooter Michael Jordan was a great defensive player, in an Era where you could handcheck. Playing defense is much easier when you can handcheck. For nearly 6'9 250 LeBron James' entire career he wasn't afforded the opportunity to handcheck. THE EVIDENCE IS CLEAR..LEBRON JAMES IS THE GOAT!!!!! I have added a Postscript So many have replied, that LeBron james didn't make the playoffs his first two years and Jordan did. What they fail to say is, in 1985, 16 of 23 teams made the playoffs. In 2004, 16 of 29 teams made the playoffs. It was MUCH EASIER to make the playoffs in 1985, as opposed to 2004. Perfect example is, the 1985 86 bulls went 30-52 and made the playoffs and the 2004 05 cavaliers went 42-40 and did not make the playoffs. Also, I don't know, possibly, maybe, Jordan had a HUGE ADVANTAGE considering he played three years of college basketball and LeBron James was 19 years old, and straight out of high school

As a lakers fan, I’m so done with Lebron. The sad part Jennie will pay him the max and hinder any chance in the next couple of seasons. We actually have a good team but the coach is awful and Lebron hogs the ball.
You can't blame the coach. Any coach of a lebron james team since Miami either has to do whatever lebron says or they get fired. Lebron does not allow coaches to come in and implement a style of play. The team always has to fit around him. I agree with everything else you said
I agree, and for LeBron James it is obvious. So obvious that it's disgusting. Frankly, as a result I've watched no Laker games. Especially the ones against my favorite team like the Warriors. What's the point? Life is too shirt and my time too precious.
Lebron will make the hof and will go down as one of the greatest players of all time. He deserves it. Look at the body of work and his resume. If lebron was ringless he would still be a first ballot HOF’er.

I've lost count of how many times this season that a team beat the Clippers and lost badly to the Lakers when they play them back to back. It is almost like they were ordered to throw the Lakers game.
That's kind of where I'm at now, I don't know how we can deny the league is controlling outcomes, all the way down to trades. I've still never had anyone explain to me how the cavs trade Anthony Bennet and Andrew Wiggins straight up for Kevin love. How the f did that ever make sense? Or why did any team take Russ off their hands? He should have been cut
Thank you. I am to the point where I am thinking they are ALL in on it. Players, coaches, owners. Otherwise, why are these coaches and team owners are not complaining about ALL the help from the refs the Lakers and especially LeBron James gets. Why the Warriors coach or it's owners, in 15 seasons NEVER complained about the harsh, blatantly unfair treatment Steph Curry has ALWAYS gotten from the referees? WHY? Why aren't the coaches and team owners not saying anything about the steroids allegations made against LeBron James? Like I said, it makes you think, they are ALL in on it. I mean, I love Steph Curry, but I watched that playoff series last year and I thought a few times that some of the stuff Steph was doing was puzzling. Draymond Green was doing questionable things too, but not surprising for him. But also, Steve Kerr was doing questionable things. For instance, in one of those games CP2 was doing amazing and Steve Kerr takes him out and does not put him back in. I was scratching my head.

Yes the league is rigging the games for LA. Check NBACentrals tweet about the FT disparity between LA vs the entire league. It’s 3to1 FT in favor of LA vs their next closest competitor. We were told we were unhinged and conspiratorial but the data proves it and Rick even came after the game and said as much without getting fined.
maybe because lakers have 2 paint dominated superstars? And maybe rick carlisle shouldn’t have nesmith, siakam guarding lebron, it’s already a lost matchup. Same with having turner, jalen smith or obi guarding anthony davis in the post cuz he’s winning that matchup every time
2Raw had a stat on his channel that if its true is truly disgusting. Since the beginning of last year including playoffs the Lakers have had an advantage of over 1000 with the closest team being MIL with under 400fta advantage
That is correct. It's like 1079 or so for the Lakers (including the playoffs) and like 379 for the Bucks. If you added up 2, 3 and 4 on the list the Lakers are still close to more than all three combined.
And what makes it worse is my understanding is that the Lakers aren't even 1st in drives per game or points in the paint which makes it worse. You can't even make the excuse that the Lakers play style forces the fouls.
43-16 in free throws! WoW! I usually skip the season and only watch the playoffs! I get a feeling that they will sneak the Lakers in and somehow get them to the Finals. This shit is more scripted than the WWE!
Part of the fun of sports leagues is seeing new teams who were bad rebuild and become relevant again. The league never did this free throw job when Kobe’s Lakers were on the decline, but can’t let go of their king
I agree. I wouldn't be opposed to a Federal inquiry into this frankly. Why? Because now sports betting is big business! Too many sports betting companies are many millions of dollars from the NBA. Having games being called in a rigged fashion is as scandalous as a horse that is juiced. It's not the players point shavjng, it is the officials fixing the games. We all know something is wrong when Rick Carlyle, a championship player and coach, who is normally quiet says something!
Isn't the NBA registered as an ''Entertainment Company'' or some such giving them the ability to legally rig games? So they can literally tell you in your face that thay rig games and nobody can do shit because its only ''entertainment''. You know, like a circus.
Lebaby already has an asterisk next to his all time points stat for scoring while traveling, charging, and flopping for free throws now the asterisk can include the referees assistance.

@@filayee series against grizzlies and GSW previous season with outrageous FT diff, raptors pacers and many others this year...when you have reaves alone(who is an uncalled flopper) have same FT as the entire opposing team...feels rigged a.f...yet I 100% agree on your point with the refs crews
@@gajemoujejjj was one of the most foul bounty centers even before that series, golden states offense is literally split actions for perimeter shots opposed to the lakers 4 out 1 in set which is literally grinding out the paint. Why are we shocked that an offense build to grind the paint out gets more free throws than an offense designed to get long shots up? And the raptors game, they literally had thad young at center vs davis and they were swiping all game, same with the pacers game. You can’t leave centers like myles turner, jalen smith alone on the block with ad lol
Skap, love the content. For the month of November the Lakers shot 410 free throws while their opponents shot 291. Some of the most egregious games were: 11/12 Lakers 116 Portland 110 30-37 FT. 7-9 11/19 Lakers 105 Rockets 104 21-29 FT. 8-10 11/29 Lakers 133 Detroit 107 31-38 FT 12-14 Simply horse pucky.
I agree. AND I really hope the suns don't GAG down the stretch and let the Lakers in the 8. I want them forced to win two games to get into the playoffs.
Something I noticed that fuels the cheating in favor of the Lakers by the league is they are currently 12-20 on the road with 8 road games remaining. At home they are 27-12 with 3 remaining. That's mean they will finish with 42 home games and only 40 road. Unless I'm missing something, how does that happen? Every single team should be 41 home and 41 road.
If only Lebron would make a podcast to talk more about himself in an embarrassing attempt to try and discreet players that played before him in a egotistical way to try and manipulate people into thinking he’s the best player ever. He should ask JJ Riddick since he’s the new member of klutch sports to co-host
he literally only gives props on that show. The show is quite literally about schemes, actions and other offensive sets and why they’re so hard to defend. Ur lying to others for what reason 🤣
i dont think they will cheat to make lebron win. but they will definitely rig that series to make it reach game7. its nit about lebron, its about the sales.
@@ninjedi6710 oh so now its not about “lebron”. 😂😂. This shit is laughable. I am sick of lebron at this point, but im not going to go so far to say that silver is actively involved in trying to boost the lakers past everyone.
Yea it's sad how we are. I don't remember it ever being this bad for us. I know sometimes we get the benefit of the doubt but it's never been like this before. This is disgusting
@skaptalk something to point out is the inconsistency. Lakers defense get away with a lot of hacking and bumping while the other team gets called for foul for breathing on the lakers. Thankyou for great content. Love it 😊
Nobody got the whistle more than MJ in the 90's. Magic Johnson literally made a comment about how he didnt want to touch MJ during a photo for The Dream Team because that is how protected MJ was by refs in the 90's.
For anybody claiming this is a stretch go back and rewatch the 1993 NBA finals suns vs bulls which those games was blatantly rigged for Jordan because he was highly marketed as the face
The bulls didn't lead the league In ft attempts and mj didn't lead the league In fta in any season 89-98. Malone lead the league In the early 90s, with barkley and Robinson and such. 2nd half of the 90s was shaq and mj fell off pretty starkly in 96 and 97. So your comment has no merit or facts around it. You should probably do more research before taking comments at face values.
@travonteoatis-henderson240 When did Bull's role players shoot more free throws than star players and what year did the league gift MJ's Wizards a record margin of free throws carrying his team to the playoffs did Kwame Brown and Ty Lue shoot more free throws than Shaq Duncan Kobe etc
As a Pelicans fan I am disgusted.... they tampered with AD and now the league has cheated us out of a lotto pick 2 years in a row. The Lakers are not even a play in team.
They just did it AGAIN during the 2024 Play In Torunament vs the Pelicans. Both teams shot a similar number of middrange shots... BUT THE FAKERS GOT TWICE AS MANY FREE THROWS!? WHAT!? Its was still a close game anyways. And Fakers would have lost had it not been for Zion getting injured.
Funny thing is that after the ASB, the league silently implemented to not call some foul baiting moves which affected the scoring of teams, which it looked like they're playing defense now. But I wonder why the Lakers wasn't affected by this silent rule changed and gets called for the ticky-tack fouls
An example of the NBA blatantly cheating on behalf of a player would be moving the three point line closer for a certain player coming out of retirement. Then moving the line back after they retire again..
