Bruh just get the Philips Norelco Multigroomer 7000 series. The OG, hands down the best trimmer ever. It's been out in the market for a long time. 5 hours run time on a single charge, full aluminum built and will last you years to come and it got all the attachments you'll ever need.

Rarely a good reason to upgrade. It's mainly marketing and might get those that were on the fence to jump at the "new version".

I bought into the 3.0 as my first Manscaped trimmer. I've gotten knicked less, and smoother below the belt shaves with my Andis Slim Line.

Rather than say be careful when shaving those (delicate) areas - why not say to use the trimmer guard ??

I used one of these lawnmowers once, can’t remember what version it was. It hurt me pretty good, tossed it out.

You can't just blindly trim your balls with any electric razer. You have to pull the skin as much as possible without it hurting. The more you stretch it, the less chance you have of getting nicks.

In terms of features, I honestly don't think there's enough to justify upgrading. Blade is the same size, same basic features. Definitely not worth upgrading in my opinion...
