Hey my name is Josh. Love your bike. I just purchased the 2022 BMW S1000R and I love it. I am actually not far from you. I live just south of Denver. Looking for so fellow sport/Naked bike, riders to ride with.
Coming from a guy that can't wheelie, pulling a wheelie & changing gear with the front wheel way up is balls! Respect from Australia. Did you do anything to the front suspension? Just asking from 1:15-1:21 or was that the road surface?
Hahah check check check! Naked bikes love to get that head shake because there is no front fairings to put downforce on the front tire. normal, but weird to see! Thanks guys!❤️
I have a 18 s1000r, I’m running the ZTechnik V stream and it’s prefect. It’s just enough if u tuck it gives your neck a break. Also it provides enough downforce on the front to stop about 75% of speed wobble.
What settings you running. Mine loses power. Abs off, traction control off. Dynamic pro engine. Just won't stay up. Nobody I know can wheelie it for more than a few seconds
That steering wobble...seen that on f900j to...is that typical for BMW bikes? in that case i understand the long wheelies...then the bike doesn't wobble lol
When you clutch it up, do you just keep opening the throttle until you get the height you want or the bike gets up and you dump de throttle and keep giving throttle and letting it go to maintain?

@@buster332 I don't think this bike has electronic suspension, I'm not seeing any cables coming out of the forks. Head shakes like this are almost always caused by something set up wrong with suspension, usually is because rebound is set incorrectly. You can have the nicest set of ohlins but if they are set up incorrectly for your body weight they will act like this
Do you have it in dynamic pro when you wheelie? I have mine in pro mode and it still feels like the wheelie control kicks in. Also adjust you suspension sag to get rid of the wobble.
