My grandmother was more of a PC gamer, but I totally understand. I love it when the Grumps play a game that my grandmother loved.

Objectively, this game looks weird and confusing, and the fact that it needs a guide to go through proves that much. Subjectively, it has awesome vibes that are hard to describe.

@@user-py3py5sx2f We kind of already knew when Charles Knight was illustrating dinosaurs as agile, playful creatures in the late 1800s. It was noted that there were over 200 taxonomic similarities between dinosaurs and birds when the first discoveries were happening, but it was kind of dismissed as "old crazy science." And then basically it was rediscovered around the 1960s, the guy who discovered Deinonychus was Dr. Bakker's mentor, Bakker wrote the Dinosaur Heresies in the 80s, and pretty much it was agreed upon mainstream science once the huge hadrosaur beds were discovered and showed that dinosaurs were social creatures that cared for their young. Roughly around the time of Jurassic Park all paleontologists were in agreement that dinosaurs were birds, but the public at large didn't know. That's why Grant says dinosaurs turned into birds and it's kind of chuckled at, because the public at large would still have seen dinosaurs are belly-dragging lizards. Jurassic Park "updated" the look of dinosaurs for the mainstream public and made them fast, dangerous, agile, and warm-blooded.

not to take credit away from the editors, but i think the clock jumps ahead sometimes when they travel between locations. for example, when they first enter the park the clock goes from 11:29:15 at time stamp 9:20 to 11:09:10 at time stamp 9:50, with no break in them talking, or the music.
