Isaac Afterbirth 17.04.2017 daily - bullex (read the description) 

So yesterday we've had themed custom Easter run with no item rooms. Apparently the system doesn't change the perimeters right away as the next daily rolls out, so today when I started my run as soon as it was available, I got some bizarre iteration of it with no item rooms still and horrible RNG. I've tried it an hour later in practice and it was a completely standard run with items rooms, etc.
Just Nicalis things man :P
