My dad played Isaac Hayes throughout my entire childhood. Made it very weird when I started listening to hip hop. Just a bunch of dudes talking over my dad's records.

AKA THE MOST SAMPLED RECORD COMPANY BY HIP HOP MUSIC... the sounds and rhythms that came from the city I was born and raised in and live in at the moment: MEMPHIS, TN.... AND TOO ALL OF THE ARTISTS, DJ'S & PRODUCERS WHOM IN THE PAST SAMPLED THESE AMAZING RECORDS - I just want to thank all of you for giving a second chance to most of these records had been forgotten. @DJFurio I can see why you say that due to the new Era and way it was being produced but the originals are starting to seem way more intriguing to me like the actual musicians and skill versus copy and paste and sample and loop its still a major thought concept and skill behind but the music created today but back then is greater than today's in my opinion other than all digital output and synth
