Anyone know which city this is in? It's a beautiful outdoor setting to have a dunk festival. It's nice to see outdoor courts progress in their construction and use. I grew up in the Midwest playing streetball and this is one of the best settings I've seen on tape that gets good use from like someone else said arguably the best dunker in the world right now and other real high quality/caliber dunkers.

What the NBA should start doing for their dunk contest is allow 8-10 nba stars each sponsor one of these dunkers and have the dunkers represent the star and do their thing at the dunk contest. I think that’s a good way to still have nba stars involved with the actual contest, but allow these guys to showcase their talents (which is clearly above and beyond nba dunking ability) on a national stage. And I think if the nba players are still somewhat involved, the crowd would be more involved.
