Nope, that's definitely a Bb7. As an aside, the sound of a dominant 7th chord is something you'll want your ears to get used to. V7-I cadences are very common in both major and minor keys.
This is why knowing some theory at least can be helpful for being more creative. Some Progressions you could use one note on and it might sound good even if the progression sounds modern and jazzy.
I don't know if you're memeing me or not Auron, but on the assumption that you're not: In musical notation, each of the lines and the spaces between them indicate one of the 7 white keys on a piano, C-D-E-F-G-A-B. To show that a note is one of the black keys on a piano, you indicate it with a # (sharp) or a b (it's a stylised b, which means 'flat'). So a middle C with a # next to it means C sharp. So to expand on this, since music comes in a variety of keys, you'd have to constantly write sharps or flats next to the notes because only C major and it's modes are comprised of only white piano keys. As a way of saving time in terms of both writing and reading, you can indicate where the notes should be flat or sharp in any given key on the stave. In this case, we're in the key of C minor, or E major, so we show that instead of playing natural E, A and B, the stave indicates that we should be reading an Eb, Ab and Eb unless otherwise notated.

Music theory is essentially maths but nobody cares about the laws and rules and some either take them as shoddy guidelines while others are trying to do the complete opposite (essentially for the memes). If you ask me that's the most punk thing ever.
