Today I will be showing you nine different types (some species and some morphs) of Isopods from the genus Armadillidium. Armadillidium isopods can roll up into a ball, a feature which earns them the name ‘Pillbugs and ‘Roly polies’. Not only does the genus Armadillidium contain some of the most common isopods you are likely to encounter, it also features some of the most strikingly patterned and colorful isopods in the hobby!
