To answer, yes they did lose a member! They originally came out with 2 vocalists, Tyler Carter, who did the singing and Michael Bohn who did screaming. Michael learned to sing for their 2nd album, but they fired him because they felt he was "holding them back" musically. But then in 2020 they ended up firing Tyler Carter due to sexual misconduct/grooming allegations. So as of 2022, it's just AJ (guitarist), Sky (bassist) and Josh (drums). They haven't released any new music since Tyler was fired. But they haven't said anything about "ending' the band.
absolutely love these guys, but, the band may as well be dead, no hate to the remaining members but without michael and without tyler they can't possibly come close to what they were

They sound really good, i like them! Im so happy that you are finding more and more bands that you like! I am a firm believer that if you keep looking you will find more and more to love.... and it also changes your perception of music over time, so after a while you start finding stuff that you didnt used to like more appealing. I like that a music journey changes over time... if you would have told me 5 years ago that i would be a big kpop fan that also listens to a bunch of Japanese metal, i would have laughed in your face lol. But you find one band or group that you like for a reason you cant explain, then another, then another... and next thing you know, you are now a new fan of a unexpected genre. Even in metal, i like a very different style than i used to think i would like... Songs/bands that i didnt like at first i really like now and wonder how i missed it the first time i tried to listen to them. but its because i needed to grow into loving them and maybe wasnt ready at first... its exciting finding new music, and looking back on how you got to the place you are now. A band that i have always loved put out a new song a couple of weeks ago, i have seen this band in concert over 10 times! They are unique sounding but closer to a rock band than metal. They were even one of my first tattoos on my sleeve of band tattoos! Nonpoint sound cool and the song ruthless have a cool rhythem. His voice have a good sound. It's cool when bands are arround for a long, long time 😁 I can enjoy some kpop song, it's not like in the past, where I did not like it at all.
