On my last rolling 90s for this month of June! 20 hours in already 😁 I've been doing this since May 29th 2024. On this Sunday, I will officially accomplish my very first goal (doing June entirely). Next goal: Do it once again in July and August for a total of 3 months (June is included included in this) Let's do this fasting family! 💪🔥 Thanks for the nuggets of wisdom and the motivation Jerome! 🙏
I’m so glad I found these videos. I’d never heard of rolling fasts before now. I’m not new to intermittent and prolonged fasting. They work but I like the idea of rolling fasts. I’ve already lost around 70 pounds following the keto diet and I want to lose another 30 or so. I’d been looking for something new to try. I was starting to get bored which I do pretty quickly. I started this week doing OMAD and next week I’ll switch to rolling 48s. I’ll add an additional 12 hours per week until I’m up to 72. I’m looking forward to seeing my results. ☺️
This is how I feel too. I see a small difference through traditional diet and exercise but nothing as significant as doing an extended fast. My best was two weeks, lol but I felt and looked my best so I’ll keep trying to get back into it.
Great Job Jerome, it's great when a plan comes together ❤❤❤🎉🎉🎉. Making fasting and working out a part of your life is the plan. I am on my path as well...and I am enjoying being disciplined and getting healthy.
Jerome love the channel and the knowledge and experience that you share with the whole world! Been binge watching a lot of your old and current stuff. one of the biggest things that I find so helpful is you telling us it’s not an about being perfect but what matters is the imperfect consistency. I completed a 100 fast and did 2 Omads back to back and I didn’t feel guilty about it and I owe that to you brother thank you and God bless you 🙏.
Just started fasting. Didnt make it more than 24 hours before feeling aweful and then ate about 2k calories in one meal and felt awful. Back on a new cycle and 19 hours in still going strong.
Thanks to you I am finally getting serious about my health. I am 4 hrs away from finishing my second 48 hr fast. I've picked out my refeed meal and I can't wait to dive in. I'm struggling through these last few hours though. Watching your videos is helpful. If you can do it, I can do it!
Maintenance is key, losing the weight initially is relatively easy when using fasting as a tool keeping it off is hard. You have to maintain your weight for at least 2 years before your body uses it as your new setpoint.
I'm 83 hours fasted, Jerome! And I've worked out the last 5 days. Trying to fast until my next coaching session with you. Thanks for the continued motivation, inspiration, and advice. 🎉
I did a 72h fast, felt great. Refed for 3h days, with the "I am just going to do more fasting to make up" that didn't work..now I'm back on my 90-100 fasts and not looking back. You're content has influenced me a to Jerome, thank you for what you do!
Im in week 2 of doing my 36-12 fasting routines. This channel helped me try again. I trked with the 90s (did a few in a row) but living with my family and being responsible for their meals was too hard to do. I would get to 65-70 hours and be hust ravenous. The smells of cooming food was too much and id wind up binging and then losing it the next day. 36s are much easier for me to maintain consistency.
Hey man thanks for these videos! I started my fasting journey recently and came across your videos. Great information! Starting weight May 27th 332 pounds. Currently 302 pounds after 16 hour fast per day and walking about 1 hour a day. My blood pressure and glucose levels are starting to get better! I appreciate you man and when I get to my goal weight of 180pounds I will update this comment!
Hi Jerome, just did my second refeed, the one that I was sooo looking forward to. I can see I need more tweaking in this journey.....I feel gross, I think I ate too much. Refeed was about 2 hours and I tried to eat slowly.....grrrr! lol I'm back to fasting (48 hr fast number 3) Next week I'll have to schedule a consultation with you so you can help me out.
Hi, I just discovered your video from 4 months ago. You said in that video you fast for around 90 hours and then refeed for 4 hours with 4k to 6k calories. If I fast for around 23 hours and eat for just less than an hour with 1k calories will the result be the same? Just a little bit slower? Or a lot slower? If it's just a little bit slower I can still do some more light workout everyday to compensate it
No one can answer that but you. You will learn what your body can do and handle through experience, errors and results. For example, I know for myself as a woman I can lose on average: 2lbs a day pure water fasting and 1.2lbs a day dirty water fasting (using diet drinks, flavor packets etc.). I learned this through years of fasting and noting the data. There’s endless possibilities to what your body can do/transform through fasting, you just have to jump in and try it to see what works for you.
