200 g sugar (including already a bag of vanilla sugar)
1/4 teaspoon citric acid
10 g cocoa powder( not alkalized)
Meringue is dried in the oven at medium level top bottom mode without convection at a temperature of 85 degrees Celsius for about 2.5 hours
