Andy I'm a ASE certified Master technician with over 45 years of experience truly can't put words to my feelings watching you do with one foot what I have a hard time doing with both hands! I will never complain about a hard job again ok maybe I will but then will remember you. thanks for sharing .
This man is an example of self-improvement. many people are not able to do what he does even with less. in this life there is no excuse. if you don't do something it's because you don't want to and not because you can't .... Respect from Germany
I was a little ill, and feeling a little sorry for myself, then I just came across your video, and it all went away!!! You are a inspiration to everyone. Nothing but total respect for you sir!!!!! I am in awe at your abilities!!!
I am in always in awe what you can do with your feet, putting that little tube on the spray can with hands is hard enough and you pop it right on with your feet. Its so enjoyable to watch you work, nothing seems to slow you down. Cant wait to see it run.
Any time I'm feeling sorry for myself, I can always watch one of Andy's videos, this one especially, and not only does it cheer me up, but it really puts things into perspective. This man was beset by incredible tragedy at such an early age, and had every excuse to, justifiably so, live in victimhood, and instead not only persevered through that adversity, but THRIVED. Truely an incredible person in so many ways. The world is less full without you, Andy. RIP.
I have a tremendous amount of respect for you sir...Watching you reinforces the fact that I HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO GOTDAMN EXCUSE NOT TO TRY AND SUCCEED AT WHATEVER IT IS I MAY WANNA DO IN THIS LIFETIME!!💪💯
Andy, I'm just so focused on every little detail you have to deal with. Just Amazing to watch you put this project together. The part that fell in the oil bucket 😲, oh no. How is Andy gonna get this out without sticking his whole foot in the oil. And you just fished it out like nothing with a straight tool. Blows my mind watching you work. Thank You Andy, Great Video. I'm looking forward to the next one. God Bless!
Молодец Мужик !, а у нас Обсалютно Здоровые люди не могут гвоздь в доску забить..... Здоровья тебе и побед, чтоб ты Нас Своим Примером указывал, что Всё фигня ).
I am a mechanically inclined individual and all I can say is bless your soul. The things you do are amazing to watch. I pick things up with my feet and it works. Thanks for all that you do!
After reading the title I was on pins and needles with everything you were doing just watching that damn bucket and wondering what you were going to plop in there. Glad it wasn’t the camera, I was nervous. I grew up in an IH dealership. I have seen what you are doing too many times to count. You are a pro and doing great. Can’t wait until that old girl is back working.
you never stop impressing!!!!great vid once again...better than most people with arms. Proof that mindset is key to success you are blessed and such an inspiration keep up the great work !!!
Awhhh!! What a cliffhanger! Sliding it back together at the last few seconds! Give me more! Great job, love the video! You are such an inspiration to the world! I farmed for 19 years and can only remember the challenges I had day after day - You make them more enjoyable!
God bless you Andy. Seeing everything you can do is so impressive. Too many people find reasons why they can’t do something rather than figuring out a way to be able to do something. You go above and beyond.
Andy, when you're video popped up, read the title and almost wet myself! Knowing the outcome, LOL I was howling!!! It made me think how many times that I dropped the oil drain plug in the bucket and 'had to go fishin' !! You my friend are a great teacher of 'Newton's Theory', ...shhtuff happens!
A few videos ago you had said you were not a mechanic. Well you are an absolutely great mechanic and very thorough and great attention to detail! That tractor is going to be brand new again! Thanks for sharing!
Once, about 100 years ago. I changed the clutch on an Opel and when everything was finished and I would back out of the garage. I looked down on the floor and there was the throwout bearing. That was not fun at all.
So a month ago I found your video and started watching I instantly started to think of my father in-law that we lost in 2013 he had polio when he was little and they had to do surgery to his leg and they had to turn it around so when he walked it bent forwards I miss him alot but it seems like every time I watch one of your videos it brings me back to the times when he and I worked on stuff you are my inspiration and a way to remember my father in-law please keep up the awesome videos and thank you it means alot
My dad lost his left hand . Nothing ever stoped him from trying , plus he had me to help hold things that took both hands. I have good use of my hands dut lost the proper use of my legs to CMT. My alternative is to amputate my legs and learn to walk on spring boards. After watching you I am comforted more about loseing the limbs if it comes to that. We humans a very adaptable. It's just getting the mind to accept things and proceed. Your a good insperation , glad they threw your clip in my list of to watch videos.. thanks again.
You do better work than a lot of guys I have work with and thay have both arms and I have been working on equipment for 45 years. Keep up the good work. I love your videos. Thanks.
I got an 806 Farmall about three years ago and have been working on it when I have time. I have it back in pretty good shape now. I was able to get reprints of all the factory literature available for it including owners manual, shop manuals for every system on the tractor including updated service bulletins and all the parts books from a company called Binder Books. Those books have been a great help to me. I can hardly wait to see your 856 going again. That's a really nice tractor you have. Thanks for all the videos.
Just stumbled across your channel Andy - you’re an absolute legend! Truly inspiring stuff from an incredibly talented individual - big thanks from England
Thanks for these videos Andy I'm learning alot I've been driving these old IH's all my life and so far never had to tear one apart.....Have a great weekend!
Hi Andy, this is my first visit to your site, I am an old retired mechanic and I am truly humbled and amazed at what you do, the close up shots of tool use whith your feet realy shows how dextrous and acomplished you are, truly inspiring, I will be watching more, many thanks for you efforts.Best whish's for 2020 to you and your family,Stuart uk.
Hey Andy- I have been turning a wrench for most of my 65 years. And I can tell you that it doesn't matter where you put the oil bucket, unless it's in another room. If you drop anything, it will find it's way into the bucket!
Thanks Andy as always you are inspiration to me with what you can achieve you make it all look so easy when I know it not that easy Have a great week 😊
Doing a great job Andy, my opinion is go with a new harness, 56 series had the worst grade of wire in the world, patched on several of those over the years, there is plenty of info on the web to purchase one besides CNH, there is lots of info on adjusting the clutch, trans brake, and ta too, all needs adjusted at the same time, keep up the good work, and you do have a nice place to work in also!
.i agree with a new harness. Some new wire coatings are made with sow bean oil and the critters just love it. Not sure how you can really find this out on a pre made harness, especially if it is made over seas. I only mention it because we had a new harness eaten up in a few months on a restored tractor
Brillman , porch electric, and Agri services are 3 good places to get a new harness . I believe that all three make them inhouse . Doing great. Found your videos because of the Redpower Forum
I like to think I've seen some pretty amazing things in my life.. This video is right up near the top. No joke. I just changed the axle seals on my Wrangler and it took me about 6 hours. This guy probably could've knocked that out in half that time. Awesome video both mechanically and inspirationally. The world could use A LOT more of this...
I had to laugh, because most of us have done the same thing. That linkage on the right side of the clutch shaft, is a transmission brake. If adjusted right, you can shift without grinding gears. That was my biggest complaint about IH transmissions. Our Olivers shifted vey smoothly in comparison.
Alle Hochachtung für dich. Ich bewundere deine Fähigkeiten. Gleichzeitig freue ich mich für dich das du mit dem Leben so gut zu recht kommst. Alles Gute weiterhin!!!!!!
Sir I i have all the respect for you I have seen mostly all your videos and it amazes me on how you are able to do things that people do with arms but the video that touched me how you explain how you lost your arms😥 but that didn't stop you from doing what you love👍🏾👍🏾
Andy I could sit here for hours watching you work on things. Just amazing what you can do with your feet. Can't wait to see the old girl back to perfection again.
Andy my kind of man, playing in the snow, shopping NOT! Now let me have my shop and a project to work on, now that is something to be thankful for. Happy New Year my man.
Que padre que gente Hasi no se deprime sale adelante a un estando discapacitado nosotros estamos completos y nos sentimos mal por cualquier cosita insignificante
Andy really needs his own reality TV show. TV show like this could inspire so many people, but today's TV shows prefer showing people that have no talent at all, for example the Kardashians. We need to write to some TV stations and tell them to check out Andy's RU-vid channel and see maybe they would be willing to give it a shot. That is as long as Andy agrees to be on TV. Andy you're just awesome, you deserve the title of world's most amazing Man.
Well Andy at least you seen what fell in the bucket, myself would have fill it half full of pieces and never seen them fall into it and when I had it all back together and emptied the bucket would have stood there and thinking where the hell did that come from.
Hello Andy It’s lookin great moving right along When I was watching I was thinkin camera in bucket lol You need 1 of those extension magnets they reach about 30 inches and pick up about 16 lbs I got mine at Napa - Your doing an awesome job Andy I love this project hits pretty close to home Anyway Happy New year and keep them vids a comin eah Larry
I am a retired heavy equipment mechanic, I have split John Deere 401 through Cat 988’s. I honestly don’t know how you do this with your feet only. You are an inspiration and just an amazing person.
You Sir are one of the people that make the world turn...Your perseverance inspires..... “I was never really insane except upon occasions when my heart was touched.” ― Edgar Allan Poe
@@365hillclimb that is exactly what I thought... Wudruff keys can be a real pain in the ass with all 10 fingers.. it would be invaluable in the shop if one of my lazy legs would bother to lend a helping foot every once in a while..
How did you pull that red straw off the side of that can and shove it in the nozzle? Next time I'm struggling to grasp that damn thing, I'm driving up there for some help! Great job Andy!!
Hello, I met you at a graduation party years ago. I was looking at a parked corvette and you told me you was going to restore it. You then jumped into a lifted Chevy Blazer, I think white, and drove off. My cousin Tyler Sparks and I then went to another party in an old, large, white, brick house on by the castles. the year I think was 1990. I knew about you prior from my Aunt Linda, Tyler's mom, showing me the Riply's segment of you. I cannot remember if she was your teacher or not??? Anyway, I often wondered how you were doing and was glad I ran across your videos. This tractor sure makes you a great project although I am an A.C. man. Lol Take care
