How do you get all those options for giving calendar access @8:58? After right-clicking the calendar I want to share > Sharing Permissions > Permissions, I only see: Can view when I'm busy, Can view titles and locations, Can view all details, and Can edit. I don't have all those permissions when I look at a user's calendar that they own. I'm logged in user's Outlook profile with the Windows Outlook app if that helps, not the webmail version.

Hello Kevin, my admin wants delegate email address reflecting in 'to' section while replying all in OWA. It is working in Outlook client but not in OWA. I didn't find any setting for this in OWA. Could you please help with this?

Thanks for the video. Regarding granting calendar access, can't the user provide access of their calendar to the people he wants them to view instead of support granting themselves access to the users mailbox first? I'm just asking for compliance purposes because I've been working with Linux systems and now I have to learn Windows environment and in some companies, policies dictate that you should never grant yourself access to databases, servers, users data....etc I think the best approach would be to remote in users machine and help them grant access instead of support gaining access to the mail box, especially when working in a very high sensitive environment? If not possible due to access issues, then I think granular access should be confered to the user or possibly raise a feature request from Microsoft to streamline the process.
