CARNIVORE FLOUR INGREDIENTS:
360g Chicken Flour
80g Egg White Protein Powder
60g Ground Pork Rinds
48g Beef Gelatine Powder
Buns and Bread Ingredients:
240g/ 2 cups Carnivore Flour
240g/ 1 cup/ 8 Egg Whites
335g/ 1 ½ cups Water
50g/ ¼ cup Melted Butter
32g/ 2 tbsp Baking Powder
20g/ 2 tbsp Powdered Monkfruit Sweetener (optional)
