It's ENDLESS 😭 | Vlog | Dr Ezgi Ozcan 

Oh heck I remember those early days so exhausting. I developed cooking habits that are a god send in current economic climate every meal I made as a big batch cook then froze in single portions some for my daughter... Less spicy.. Others for my husband and self as so many times we never got to eat together but always had homemade good meals available. I know you would have liked to breast feed longer but sometimes for many reasons not possible and women made to feel a failure so thank you for being open while I am long past breast feeding it will help new mums feel better. My daughter is coming up to 31 she was a Christmas baby. I met our GP when I trained as a nurse and by chance we met again as I settled into married life and he as a GP the value of seeing a regular GP can not be highlighted enough although it is a huge challenge with NHS and Social Care preasure but both him and us as parents soon found a pattern my daughter never picked up bugs until yep just before and I mean days before her Birthday to point GP would say will I just book her in week prior as will need to be seen.. Years later we can laugh but I was so thankful of knowing I would get support and even now she is usually floored with something just prior to Birthday. It is exhausting when children are little but you are right worries change as they get older. There is case to be made for some parental leave when they hit teens or exams. I would say when they hit puberty it is hugely stressful you say black they say white, mid to late teens they know everything and you no nothing... In 20's they start to realise you might be right and relationships change again. Then comes them getting married and your worries for them change especially just now they have survived living thro Covid only to be hit by economic fallout..and then there is plans for to start family so worry changes again. No one prepares you for life long worry you will carry for your children and fact when you die you will hurt the person you love with all your heart. Is it worth it absolutely you can prepare them as much as possible but watching then grow is a very special gift.

Hi doctor .u reminded me of my time with a 2 year old and newborn.exhausting but it gets easier.like u said when they get independent life gets much easier.u are a great mum and u will handle it. Love ur vlogs.have a great day

You're doing amazing Ezgi😊I would personally prefer to see more vlogs. For hair loss I'd recommend using rosemary oil, sleeping with hair tied up loosely and using a silk pillowcase🤎

Poor Lina, I hope both your children feel better it’s that time off year once again I’ve already had another cold but this time after 2 and half years off missing it I’ve had covid it was a crummy week and half. I hope the clocks going back now didn’t muck up the sleep routines and hope they didn’t wake you up to early I hope your all keeping well, Lina hair is gorgeous x
