Your outros might be my favorite part of your videos. I love the banter and the silliness and that you don’t scrap them, you let us laugh along with you.
I fully plan to use you guys as a motivational tool for my sons. What you guys have accomplished in just 138 days is amazing, you are truly the perfect example for today’s young. Through your videos and daily perseverance you are the epitome of the saying… “10% inspiration, 90% dedication “…! The entire project is a majestic success for the entire family 💫
My older kids could care less, but I love the idea of doing something. Hopefully my imagination over the years has inspired them to "do." One just can't do nothing for the rest of their lives!
TSH family, wow. It's looking really really good! Ashley, your vision is coming to life. You must be so happy and proud of what your family can achieve, with a little help from friends too.
Love getting my daily fix of TSH. Being a proud Homie gives me the added bonus of having access to the videos approx 12 hours earlier! So for a only a few dollars I get my fix early AND I get to help this awesome family out…. funds = projects = content for us all. I encourage you all to join us Homies today 👍 11:11 AND 20:49
I agree! I think the rounded tops wi do good for the water does make me wonder though how animas would react to it. I know cats and birds perch on fences I wonder if they'll find that happening with this technique.
Ahhhh!!! My daily fix!!! So good to see everyone again today, seeing the kid's playful sides and being on the hunt for and seeing the ever elusive 20:47 member of the family!!! Blessings my friends!!!!!
Our son is making good progress on his 400 square ft. little hyper adobe house. He is not a detail oriented person, so it's not going to be perfect, but I'm so impressed he is actually doing it! He's up over 2 feet now. There is a whole lot of clay in our soil, so he's not adding any cement, but it's rock solid. Enjoy following your progress, and thanks for blazing the way. Interested to see how the plaster works out, seems like it should work well. 😊🏜️
@@patrickrussell1888 I don't think he will be too worried about heating or cooling. it should stay real nice compared to the temperatures he's been living with in his RV. He currently uses very little heating or cooling even in his RV. His air conditioner broke last summer, & the only reason he got a portable swamp cooler, was because his cat was getting overheated.😼😅🏜️
Ashley, you are definitely the Master plaster!!! Your skills are amazing! I am so inspired by you and your very hard working family! I'm looking forward to my dreams coming true doing the same thing as you. Here in TN with on the year. Thank you for the daily videos! I look forward to watching you every morning with my coffee. The chicken garden is looking amazing!
11:10! Ah Ha! The sunrise on the mountains is so very beautiful. I can certainly see why you fought to build your home there. Please let your daughter know that the scarf she wound around her hair bun was very pretty! Your complex is stunning! While I am fond of red this is SO Much Better! Reminds me of the Spanish Missions! Doing the hardware cloth in the cool of the morning 🌄 was absolutely brilliant 👏 👌 😀 👍 😄 Blessings on you and your family and friends and any livestock/wildlife wandering around your homestead!🦋🐈⬛🖖🌵🦎🦕🌟
Thanks, Ashley, for showing us some of the preliminary work you do so the project is ready to go when the family gathers to work. I’m sure that happens a lot. 😃
I love starting my day with your videos. I do chores and then come inside for a cup of coffee and Tinny Shiny inspiration! You're also the only people I watch all the way to end, always worth it and I always laugh. "I need a sewing machine" 😂 Thanks for being so informative inspiring and just you!
I enjoy you two so much…..goodness you all work so hard. I am old and still remember (thank goodness) those days….but now I sit here and live vicariously through you and after each episode I am exhausted and have to take a nap. Hugs 🤗 love 💗
Ashley you are amazing and your intro was glowing!, Your smile transmutes even to a grumpy ole ogre like me- keep your head up look around at the truly amazing work your accomplished with your family and BE PROUD!! It’s looking great.
You guys leave me laughing at the end of every single show. I love how both of you banter back and forth about how to close the show for the day or how to open it. You are doing an amazing job I really enjoy following your family and all that they are doing to build a home together off grid.
I can't believe that thing is still around 21 minutes 26 seconds by the way your wife is gorgeous you are very very blessed young man now for Father's Day I think you should make him a hammock let him lay off for a day your dreams are coming true you have a beautiful family God bless peace be with you much love and respect
You guys have t-Rex as a garden scarecrow? Wonderful day and wonderful work on the walls. Thank-you for your fun descriptions of your screen and trowel experiences. Positively adorable you two. Well that's curtains. LOL
That's really cool that you got up early to put all the hardcloth up to make plastering easier Ashley! Too bad that Jonathan saw you doing the hardcloth early. Kudos to you still Ashley! I like the way you decided to make a smooth hump over the straps. Damp is a good word. Pesky T-Rex at 11:11 as Nine Nine hunts tiny bugs? His time was now as the song said. So you decided to do the hump over the top of the wall? It looks nice. Adorable outro followed by mister pesky himself at 20:48. A double "Where's It At Wednesday?" Very hyper adoubling! Was this Jax's idea? Thanks for a very special TSH day guys! See ya tomorrow! Lots of progress.
love your conversations during your exit I always love the never know what Johnathan will say, the look on your face sometimes is priceless keep it up. The walls look great . saw it 20:48. peace out
Maybe you could put on top of the stones, on top of the walls, some foil. Wouldn't that make it easier for the plaster to hold on to, and make it easier to trowel?
Monsoon season starts June 28 here in Az. While we are all praying for rain, I hope you are ready and the rounded wall tops work well. Since it is already in the mid 90s here in northern Az, your area must be getting quite warm. The monsoons are so welcome as they cool and clean the air nicely. Enjoyed hanging out with you today. The Dino tried to hide but I saw it!
I moved away from AZ last year before monsoon season and I can’t believe how much I miss it. Sometimes watching videos like this I can almost smell it!
It's already 106 to 111 here in Arizona City Arizona between Phoenix and Tucson. We need some rain. Hopefully we get some, and you all are ready for the Monsoons to come.
I notice your face is getting really tanned. Knowing how harsh the Arizona sun is, I hope you're putting on tons of sunscreen. No need for skin cancer in the future. Love watching your daily progress. Best wishes. 11:11, 20:48
I totally get what you mean... the hardware cloth acts like lathe used to in the days before drywall. It provides "key" for the plaster to adhere to. I totally hear you on not feeling it today, but you have come so far! And so much other stuff you do... the animal husbandry, laundry, meal prep (yuck!)
A nice way to begin your day Ashley with a surprise for hubby - but I do hope you are sloshing heaps of sunscreen all OvEr, thats a good girl. awesome achievements to your home life environment. cheers
Hi Guys. OMG you lot are really amazing. You keep going where others would curl up in the corner and whimper. Your kids are also brilliant in their attitude to help and work with you two, side by side. You should be proud of your parenting for sure. Thanks for the chance to follow you along your journey, we love watching every episode you put up for our enjoyment. Richard n Helen Down Unda.
9:36 & 11:11 & 20:48... love the fun.... Great job everyone. Hugs for making it through another plaster master mud day.. Oh. And I love your song choices...
Bonjour la famille. up early and productive. the plastering unit is on site and so is the Cochise County T-Rex that i spied @11:10 and 20:47 Mountain Standard Time. Ashley, I believe that you asked us the 'faithful' to stay to the end, and i have listened to your voice. What a cool Jurassic/Cochise treat. bravo well done. The ridge cap work looks might find Ashley.
It’s been such a great video as usual. You all are such hard workers. It’s such a huge project. Just think one day you will be able to sit on your bench and enjoy your lovely garden with green lush plants and listen to the sounds of your happy chickens. You’ll have to grow lots of lettuce for them. All the best with your projects.
I really love the rounding over on the top of the walls! Excited for the base coat to be done! I am thinking you might have some plaster decorations like you did on the shed. Am I jumping the gun here?😉
Maybe there could be exclamation mini expressions on top of the wall (kind of like the statement the glass bottles IN THE WALL are making!), to give the wall character. You need a flag holder or something to place whoryl-ly-gigs on top...makes the chicken fort come alive! It's a little village, casitas with nature celebrations. Your family has great imaginations! The desert does make one a little delirious at times.
Hey Tiny Shiny Crew! Thank You for another fantastic video for Us all to watch. Even when Y’all are not feeling it. You manage to do the tasks w/a smile. I just love Y’all’s Family Dynamic. See ya Tomorrow! 11:11
You guys inspire me everyday. Dino at 11:11. Also, I think I have Nine Nine's brother from another mother. Wind? Yes. Needs to touch you always? Yes. Love him? Oh yeah! 🐕❤️
Yay, Team Hydrated!! 😅💦 😁 I love watching you work with dome-ing (is that a word?!?😂) the plaster. So soothing to watch! At the end, I had a Walton’s moment, when Jonathan said “Goidnight”… You could do a Walton’s themed ending. (And, I’m showing my age here because you may not be familiar with the Walton’s…😂) ANYWAY, another day, another fun and very informative video. Thanks, as always for all you do. It’s drizzly and wet here in Iowa today, but seeing your sun (and that Tiny Shiny T-Rex at the end 🦖) made my day brighter! Have a great day!!! 😊
Only smooth plaster around here! Gettin' up early is my only way to get things done that has to be done. I know your family is very busy on alot of responsibilities. Thanks for all your videos. It's all coming together and looks great.
20:50 is really cute, just as adorable as your Outro’s. Check y’all tomorrow for another great episode, till them enjoy this beautiful Wednesday!👏🏼😂🙌🏼💕
LoL 😂😂😂😂😂 You guys are so funny. I sit here and laugh so hard. It's so close and looks so amazingly awesome 😎😎. Early mornings are not fun but so much better than the full sun and heat of the afternoon. Looking forward to seeing y'all tomorrow.
I was wondering, could you cut small/shallow grooves into the wood where you know are going to plaster over it so that it had an area too grab instead of hardware cloth? Just a thought I had. Don't know if it would work but if it did that might save you time and money on hardware cloth. Anyway, love your videos and I always look forward to them each day. You guys are awesome! I am excited to see the finished chicken coop garden and all your future projects. :)
Looking good and so much progress! You two are a hoot at the end of this...clearly tired and somewhat slaphappy. What you're doing with that property is just incredible. Love..love...love your channel!
11:12 Spotted headed behind the North outer wall of the Chicken Coup/Garden! 20:48 Spotted in an opening of the Eastern wall of the Chicken Coup/Garden!
