>"Oh boy, the Permian and Triassic eras!" >Scutosaurus makes the Doom demon camel noises >Erythrosuchus walks like an arthritic alligator with Lystrosaurus being depicted as, and I quote, "unwitting dodos"
I already know that this entire show is literally just going to be: “Mommy can we get prehistoric planet please?” “We have prehistoric planet at home dear.” Prehistoric planet at home:
@@rockettbennettIt’s the name sometimes used to talk about the three documentaries made by the BBC; Walking with Monsters, Walking with Dinosaurs, and Walking with Beasts. Grouped together, they’re the ‘Trilogy of Life’.
@@rockettbennett Aye, true enough, I didn’t think of that! I suppose it’s in a different format than the other three, and it focuses specifically on the human side of things, as opposed to the overarching story of life. Walking with Beasts does include Humans and Human ancestors (Australopithecus, Neanderthals, H. sapiens, etc). So I think Walking with Cavemen was more of a spin-off, than a part of the Trilogy. In my opinion :)
Only seen three episodes, but i like this here show. I think it’s gonna fall off hard once we get to the dinosaurs and mamals if the first episode is any indication, but i like it. Edit: yeah, it fell off, but the mammal section wasn’t AS bad as i thought it was gonna be, Terror Bird treatment aside.
The mammal section was actually worse than I expected, with anachronistic Smilodon populator (shown over one million years before it even existed) and completely skipping over basically the entirety of mammal evolution from the Oligocene to the Pleistocene.
I’m just pissed Alamosaurus died again in a documentary. Can’t I have one show, just ONE SHOW, where my favorite dinosaur isn’t just briefly acknowledged before it dies?
@@gabriellittle2827 I think it goes without saying that obviously Prehistoric Planet handled Alamosaurus better. But it just sucks that my favorite dinosaur can’t seem to catch a break. (not that I hated it’s appearance in PHP I loved it, just wish it got to do more)
It felt like they were trying to compete with prehistoric planet and then they didn’t have the 4K to back it up or ANY interesting facts. So americanised
It's been a while since you uploaded When Might you get back to your reviews Because there's a lot of bad paleo media that I would love you to review Dinosaurs with Steven fry I am T rex Age of Dinosaurs Velocipastor The good dinosaur Jurassic Domination Triassic World Parana The meg 2 65 And some good paleo media like Prehistoric planet 2 Life on Our Planet Primal Primeval Journey to the Center of the Earth Lost world 1925 Walking with dinosaurs Dino riders And anything else you can find
Why are people comparing Prehistoric Planet with Life On Our Planet? Just cause they have dinosaurs doesn't mean they are the exact same lol. Prehistoric Planet: - Focus on ONE timeline which is like a few million years before the death of the big birds. Life On Our Planet: - Focus on everything.
@@RickRaptor105Yeah one comment already said it but can you review I am Trex please? I haven’t seen the movie but the name and poster have already shown EVERYTHING I need to know. It will be like reviewing a 3rd speckles movie as the comment said. You obviously don’t HAVE to but it would be very nice to see a video that is more…classic so to say. It’s free on RU-vid movies so you won’t even have to pirate it! The Trex family in the poster have goddam ANKYLOSAUR BACKS! And the name “I am Trex” is somehow even STUPIDER than “tarbosaurus the mightiest ever” they even have the same Roblox looking ass head and eyes! Don’t review it if you don’t want to but it will be RIGHT up your alley… (and apparently there are velociraptors in North America with Trex in this movie but what else would you expect)
