Here in Tokoroa, New Zealand, a 70 year-old man with Parkinson's must not be allowed to fly his RC planes and drones at the local flying field (as he has done, safely, for almost 20 years without incident) so the local council has deliberately chosen to mis-interpret the aviation regulations in order to make his life hell. Is it time to hold these petty bureaucrats and politicians to account?

Clearly this allows people to fly under "direct supervision" regardless of any memberships or qualifications they may/may not have. The SWDC says otherwise and refuses to acknowledge they are wrong.
