I did the that mistake, she walked away living her best life and I was worrying, stressing, became bitter, angry and fearful and ended up with Clinical Depression and Anxiety that stayed even after I forgave her and moved on. It's been 10 years and I am still suffering from these things.. And to make it worse, she came back after 2-3 years saying it was by mistake and she loves me now, I believed her though didnt enter into serious relationship but developed feelings somehow, now she has betrayed me again and I feel shattered and broken. I know the right thing to do is forgive and move on but It's hard now as it was 10 years ago. Pray for me brethren that I may come out and live as God desires.

It’s been two years for me. Although time has passed and everyone is going forward I feel like I stayed the same in the same cycle of pain, sadness and depression. It hurts to invest your time and energy into what becomes a betrayal. Its hard to trust when we pour ourselves into a situation that was a deception and worse a trap.
