Itaki Electric Lunch Box recipe - Chicken & Rice - 2 meals cooked at once! 

Here is the latest concoction that I made in my Itaki Pro Bento box using the rice/meal setting.
I think it is a good starting point and that it can be changed into other meals.

I used standard measurements:
1/2 c rice, rinced
1/2 c water
1/2 tablespoon mirin
1/2 tablespoon sake
1 tablespoon hon shuyu (concentrated soup base)
1/2 chicken breast
2 mushrooms
1 c frozen vegetables, rinsed
salt, pepper, salt-free seasoning, onion & garlic powder to taste
To cook: 3 Itaki cups of water into base of machine. Set to rice/meal function. Takes approximately 40 min to cook.
