Ingredients

2 cups flour
1 Cup of water (250 ml)
1.5 tsp of dry active yeast
0.5 tsp sugar
FOR THE DOUGH 2:
Dought 1
3.5 cups flour
2 cups water (500 ml)
1.5 tsp salt
a small amount of olive oil to lubricate the bowl and the blades of the combine.
