In this video I will show you how to make traditional Italian bread from the Puglia region according to the recipe of the legendary Simili twin sisters.
The Simili sisters conquered first their native Bologna, then the whole of Italy and later the whole world with their bread, pasta and sweet pastries.
Their gastronomic triumph began in the late 1970s when they gained fame with their specialties from the family bakery. The Simili family owned the bakery on San Felice Street, inherited from their father.
