ITALIAN MERINGUE BUTTERCREAM | without thermometer | tagalog/filipino | ❤❤❤

can frost 12 to 14 pcs 3oz cupcakes
IMBC
2 large egg whites (85 gms)
2 tablespoon sugar
½ c sugar
2 ½ tablespoon water
¼ teaspoon vanilla
1 c (225 gms) unsalted butter ( I used baker's best - margarine)
Double recipe
3 large egg whites (yes po, 3 lang po)
¼ c sugar
1 c sugar
1/3 c water
½ tsp vanilla
2 c unsalted butter
double recipe in grams:
135 grams egg whites
50 grams sugar
200 grams sugar
85 grams water
450 grams butter (i used bakers best margarine)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Good day everyone. Mag real time po tayo sa video po natin para mas masabayan nyo din po. May na missed lang po akong few seconds or a minute sa pag boil ng syrup sa may simula (will not affect naman po ung procedure) and the rest is real time na. Speed up mo na lang po if too long for you.
Ang IMBC po is almost the same lang ng pag gawa ng boiled icing. Except that, may hinalong sugar don sa egg whites bukod don sa syrup and wala pong cream of tartar (pede din po kayong gumamit ng cream of tartar pero optional po sya sa imbc, with or without is ok lang po). And sympre with butter sya. 😊

for HAND MIXER (pede din kahit naka stand mixer) user po. pede nyo pong i rest si hand mixer. pag stiff peak na yung meringue kahit medyo warm pa (make sure na stiff peak na ha). ilagay ito sa fridge kasama yung beater. then saka ilagay ang butter kapag malamig na yung meringue, side and bottom ng bowl. un butter is not too soft and cold din po. ung pag pineress sya is may onting dent lang na maiiwan. _____________ if ever na RUNNY / SOUPY naman. place sya sa fridge until mag firm up then beat again. possible na warm pa ang meringue ng i add ang butter kaya natunaw ang butter at naging soupy. or too soft ang butter. or NORMAL lang po. dadaan kasi talaga sya sa stage na ganon. ituloy nyo lang ang pag add ng butter at pag beat. babagsak talaga ang meringue pag inadd ang butter. again, normal sya. mag deflate si meringue, mukhang soupy, curdled then smooth na. yes, it will take time. and minsan kulang lang po sa beat yan. again, make sure na malamig na ang meringue bago i add ang butter. wag po kayo magmadali. lalo po kayo matatagalan pag nag soupy sya.😊 goodluck po. salamat.😊❤️ ❤️, jhoana

yes po. as far as i know, basta tama ang pagkakagawa, imbc ang pinaka stable sa lahat ng buttercream. except don sa may halong shortening po.🥰❤️

I tried this recipe and it is really smooth. I just added powdered sugar to make it sweeter tho the texture became a little grainy. Thank you very much for the recipe !

salamat ms.kathleen! 🥰❤️ pag naka hand mixer, pede mo i rest si mixer pag stiff peak na si meringue po. lagay mo muna sa fridge kasama un beater pag stiff peak na un meringue kahit medyo warm pa sya.😊 then saka inadd ung butter pag malamig na un bowl and meringue.😊 para maka rest si mixer mo din po.😊 salamat po.

LEGIT!!! Finally! After how many tries of different types of frosting eto lang yung pinaka stable at mabilis agad siyang mag stable waaah! I'm so happy! Di ako pala comment pero you deserve to be praise mam! ❤️ First time kong gumawa and it was perfect!!! ❤️❤️❤️ IMPORTANT tip: Make sure warm temperature na yung meringue before adding the butter talaga 😁

Hi🥰 I tried making it today for my mom's birthday and super happy ako kasi it turned out well and they loved it! I added chocolate kasi gusto ng mom ko ng chocolate frosting and I'm so happy kasi they were satisfied plus it's my first time making a buttercream frosting kaya super thank you po kasi ang detailed ng instructions niyo🥰 If only I can send a picture ng outcome ng cake hihi

hihi. goodluck ms. judy ann. if u know naman na how gumawa ng boiled icing, kayang kaya mo po yan. make sure lang na malamig na un meringue before i add ung butter tpos not too soft and hard un butter.😊

Ang galing :) I struggled sa buttercream kasi madaling mag melt kahit may shortening pa and very costly :( but this one works like a dream!! Medyo ma trabaho lang lalo pag hand mixer ka lang pero understandable ung instructions and very clear.. first time ko naggawa nito and it didn’t fail!!! Foolproof recipe. Thank you!!! 🤍 I wish I can brag the finish prod!! Haha

salamat ms.mira. i always use bakers best margarine pati sa cakes ko unless i need un flavor tlaga from real butter. though ill be honest na taste better pa din ang butter sa buttercream. pero no negative feedback pa naman with margarine.😊❤️

I tried this yesterday nd salmat po talaga kasi di sya nag melt tjough hindi ganyan kaganda kasi handmixer lang gamit ko pero di talaga sya nagmelt ang gandanpadin.. Salmat po talaga..

@@edwinpunzalan1589 un sa video po, nasa room temp lang sya for 3 days. may comment na din po dito na overnight nya iniiwan sa room temp din po. pero di ko kasi ma guarantee kasi if too hot sa place mo po. will depend din po kasi. pero stable po ito. 😊

@@sofiaajak9505 hindi po i think kakayanin if manual. if hand mixer pede naman. pedeng i rest si hand mixer pag stiff peak na ung meringue. place mo muna sa fridge un meringue tska ung beater, then saka i add un butter pag malamig na un meringue.

Thank you so much for sharing your recipe , 😍😍 I already tried 2 version of SMBC, but unfortunately puro fail lahat , I am thinking po kasi ng medyo classic style of cakes kaya po medyo di ko type si whipping cream since mag sstart palang ako mag bake , at the same time yung Nakamura ako, kaso for SMBC di pwede kasi buttercup (margarine) yung gamit need talaga ng pure butter and super pricey po ng pure butter ngayon ,so mapapa Whipping cream nalang talaga dahil walang choice, pero nakita ko po tong video niyo na pwede pala gumamit ng margarine base , I tried it , and super happy kasi Perfect po yung recipe 😍😍😍 . Great to find recipes which are really tested in a humid country. Halos lahat kasi ng napanuod and ginaya ko lives in US or etc. And ang ending ilang minutes lang tunaw na kaagad. 🤦🏻‍♀️ Eto yung unang video na napanuod ko na with weather testing pa. Great job po! thank you ms.maemae. un lang, im not good sa negosyo kasi. honestly medyo weak ako sa part na yan. mas madalas ako mamigay ng baked goodies kesa mag sell. 😅 im not selling din kasi. before, fondant cakes un ina accept kong orders po which will depend naman un price per baker since customized kasi. bawi ako sa ibang bagay ha. hehe. nahiya naman ako.😅 pero thank you po.❤

hi ms.blessy, na happy naman po ako. thank you so much po. sana makasundo mo din si imbc. worth to try promise. mas madalas ko sya gamitin pag i need buttercream po. un recipe na to can frost 12 pcs 3 oz cupcakes po. if 7" lang cake pede na un half i think. pero if 8" whole recipe na including un filling. magastos din kasi ako sa frosting kaya di ko ma assure tlaga. depende sa gagamit po kasi. 😁

Tried this already and it was perfect! But curious lang po Pano po gwing super white yung buttercream. Nag struggle po ksi ako sa pag lagay at pag achieve ng color na kelangan ko. Masyadong mgastos sa color 😅 since pale yellow yung base neto. ty!
