According to statistics, Italy is in the top three European countries for the number of centenarians, people who lived to the age of 100 years. Sardinia, the island to the west of Apennine peninsula, is ever more often called "the longevity island".

Clarification: Sardinia is not really Italy, is Italy only for political purpose but Sardinia is a island apart

A life of hard physical work and occasional vino and traditional food, with regular traditional fiestas and without modern “conveniences” eg mobile phones and monotonous TV must contribute to having longevity….🍇 Ronaldo

Boris Fenyuk , the presenter mentions that he does not believe or trust the data, "inaccuracy of the data" This attitude is typical of scholars who hold doctor degrees. (Ph 's ) they see but they are blind, they hear but they can't listen. the more schooling they got the more untrust they become. That's too bad !! pero puede haber excepciones.

I knew that in San Giovanni Suergiu (south west of the island) there are 6 centanaries for 5700 inhabitants, one in 950 inhabitants.....
